Sauberes Hotel mit zentraler Lage und leckerem Frühstück!
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ariel Plus Alaçatı sehr genossen.
Als wir ankamen haben wir erfahren, dass wir ohne Aufpreis ein größeres Zimmer bekommen :) Vielen Dank nochmal dafür :)
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad war auch sehr sauber. Mein Mann und ich waren sehr zufrieden und würden immer wieder kommen. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen frisch für uns zubereitet und serviert.
Das Personal war super nett und die Lage war sehr sehr zentral (wir waren zu Fuß unterwegs in Alacati):

Ein rundum sorglos Paket. Sehr nah am Nightlife und doch ruhig

La situation géographique est super 👍 et heureusement ils gardent des places pour leurs clients.

Cons:

Problème de réseau internet cela se déconnecte sans arrêt. Et le frigidaire reste allumé donc gêne de lumière....

Super hotel
Pros:

Nous avons pris les chambres à l'étage. Elles étaient propres et spacieuses.
Le personnel est aux petits soins, très accueillant et très gentil. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super. C'est à 1 min à pied des animations. Nous reviendrons certainement à cet hôtel la prochaine fois.

Cons:

Ca nous a pas tant dérangé mais c'est vrai qu'on entend le bruit des bars. C'est assez bruyant jusqu'à 1h du matin environ.
Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les 4-5 jours donc il ne faut pas s'attendre que ce soit fait tous les jours.

Très bon séjour. Personnel au TOP !
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant, serviable et gentil. Établissement propre et piscine nettoyée tous les jours au robot. Petit déjeuné très bon.

Cons:

Chambre trop petite pour 3 adultes.
Chambre sous sol mais on nous a mis dans une chambre au RDC après leurs avoir demandé.

Pros:

Arielde konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Her şey sorunsuz geçti. Odalar temizdi, kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi ve tüm çalışanlar son derece yardımseverdi. Ayrıca otelin merkezi konumu sayesinde her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!

Her şey mükemmeldi! Temizlik, ilgi, yemekler… Hepsi harikaydı. Otelin konumu çok merkezi ve her yere ulaşım çok kolaydı. Personel son derece samimi ve güler yüzlüydü. Kendimizi çok rahat ve özel hissettik. Huzurlu ortam için teşekkürler. Tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz!🌟🌿❤️📍

Real Turk hospitality and genuine nice people
Pros:

Where to start? The facilities are brand new. Still renovating / building a terrace that will be to die for. Rooms are comfortable there is a cute neighbourhood around the corner with lots of shops. Worth to just get lost in the narrow streets.

The staff specially muharrem are incredible! Super friendly accomodating and polite. Muharrem even went out of his way at 1230 at night to help me retrieve my drone that got lost for like about an hour even went with me to police station to write the report. Not only came with me but even after telling him it was not necessary as it was too late at night, he insisted and went together. WHAT A LEGEND!

I was truly impressed by the exceptional staff and service provided by Mr. Muharrem. His professionalism, helpfulness, and genuine care made a significant difference in my stay.

Cons:

The most significant issue was the unpleasant smell in my room, which persisted despite turning on the air conditioning or leaving the window open. It was disappointing not being able to enjoy especially when my friends stayed in the same place and had a great experience.
