Excellent hotel and staff which I would happily recommend.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, beautiful room and really nice friendly staff.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, we were upgraded to a superior room, which was beautiful, unfortunately it meant climbing another flight of stairs for my wife which she struggled with slightly.

Good home feel to it but quite basic and defo more value for money elsewhere
Pros:

The bed was super comfy and staff were friendly

Cons:

Staff did not respond to my call at the bar area despite being there for 20 minutes
Our room also had a cobweb inside

We would stop here again just bed and breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel was,lovely warm and comfortable. Rooms were very nice. Being a dog and kiddies free hotel was a bonus so was lovely and quiet, really relaxing to just chill out.

Cons:

We wasn't to keen on the food, the breakfast was okay, but the evening meal wasn't really very nice ,we didn't have dinner on the second night, we thought it was expensive not value for money, probably because of the food that's what we were paying for so had to spend again out. Maybe that's because the fine dining is not for us ,and we wasn't aware that what was we were having.

Dreadful
Cons:

Appalling stay after not being informed there would be a party and that breakfast had been moved to later than I wanted when I checked in would never have booked here if I had known this was happening - with only 11 rooms there was no getting away from it - zero consideration for anyone staying in the hotel that had gone for a quiet stay and they have since ignored mine and booking.coms messages - even guests finishing up the party at 1.15am were heard stating that they hoped no one was trying to sleep in the hotel ! Well they were, and I left very early and drove home the next day ruined - had the hotel had the decency to respond to the requests I wouldn’t have left this review but they haven’t -
