Don't even have chance to stay at the property since they cancel my confirmed booking.
Cons:

DON'T BOOK if you don't pay deposit (which is not stated in the booking description) or arrive late. I travelled back from China, my flight was delayed and I couldn't access to my phone and may gmail. As soon as I landed at Hai Phong airport around 7.30pm, I saw several message from the owner and ring to Cô Vân straight away then I got informed that my booking was cancelled and the room was sold to other customer. What the point is "YOUR BOOKING WAS CONFIRMED"? If you don't follow booking rules, so don't list your room here. And if you want pre-pay, put it in your room listings.

Amazing, great location
Pros:

Location is great. Just walk 5 minutes is the busy street with full of restaurants and coffee shops. The house is neat and tidy, the host is very friendly however she doesnt speak english but she can use google translate. Communication done tgrough the apps fluently. Highly recommend, worth value for money, its quite cheap actually.
