Pros:

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel.
De inrichting is heel sfeervol en ruim opgezet.
Het ontbijt , prima.

Geen opmerkingen.
De locatie ligt buiten Haarlem. Met de auto ben je binnen 10 minuten in het centrum, in de parkeergarage de Appelaar.
Er is ook een treinstation in de buurt vanwaar je snel naar Haarlem kunt reizen.

Hotel ligt op een goede locatie. Makkelijk te vinden. De kamer was mooi, netjes. Ik vond het super.

Siamo rimasti solo una notte, non abbiamo usufruito di ristorante e bowling. Camera comoda, grande il giusto ma manca il minibar. Bella la doccia. Location silenziosa ma molto isolata.

Cons:

Colazione sotto le aspettative, leggendo le recensioni credevo meglio. Vedere il cibo in monoporzioni incellophanate non è proprio da 4 stelle.
Posizione molto isolata, ma ne eravamo consapevoli.

Quiet, excellent bed, almost impossible to fault, with great staff.

Quiet, very friendly and accommodating staff, just a lovely stay.

If I had to pick something, the stones in the car park, in a car that has carbon ceramic brakes, it's a bit risky

Tevredenheid troef!
Pros:

De netheid van de kamer en van de badkamer... vooral de badkamer vond ik super! Modern, comfortabel met een grote, goed functionerende douche. Prima ontbijtbuffet! Vriendelijk personeel zowel aan de receptie als in de ontbijtruimte. De eetzaal is groot en super gezellig ingericht. Heel tevreden.

Cons:

Een klein koelkastje in de kamer zou praktisch zijn geweest, de ruimte is nochtans voorzien maar het koelkastje ontbreekt.
