价格略贵，位置稍微偏一点，从古城西门走过来要十分钟。
Beautiful new hotel in excellent location, can walk everywhere in Khiva, yet not in the middle of action. Kind and attentive staff. Good breakfast.
I think the cost is too high for Uzbekistan.
Khiva is a fairytale setting, and this hotel adds to ups the experience.
Everything was excellent. Great welcome, wonderful staff, beautiful room, great bed, delicious breakfast, breathtaking rooftop terrace, shaded courtyard, and gentle music.
Love the bathroom and the dryer.
It is expensive, and you get what you pay for and more. The guests I saw when I was there also looked expensive, the classy jet-set types, and the staff treated them as important people. I felt special.
The personal treatment from the staff and the owners makes this hotel unique and worth it.

The staff are the absolute heart of the place. From the second I walked in, I felt like a VIP guest rather than just another booking, they even knew my name before I gave my passport. And it was busy. The best welcome I received in Uzbekistan.
The beds are super comfortable—like "I might actually miss my flight because I don't want to get up" comfortable. Everything was spotless and had such a cozy, high-end feel. The single room I was in, was thoughtfully designed with everything needed.
The breakfast is great! Fresh breakfast croissants, local flavors, and even fried noodles and surprised to see leche flan. Free flow of real coffee and organic fruits were also a highlight.
The overall vibe is friendly and relaxed, and the service is top-tier. The rooftop has gorgeous views of the city, and you can borrow their national costumes for your own pictorial.

Beautiful relaxing place to come back to after a day’s sightseeing. Very comfortable beds…the best sleep I have had in a long time . All staff very efficient, helpful, friendly and kind. Breakfast wonderful. Views from the rooftop breathtaking. Thank you for a great couple of days.
