Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Small touches were warmly welcomed - for example pomegranate juice on arrival. The hotel also helped to arrange my trip around the desert fortresses which was faultless. The hotel itself is located only a short walk to the Itchon Qala, on a peaceful backstreet. The beds at the hotel are fantastically comfortable. The water refill stations are also a great addition.

We were welcomed by the friendly staff who ensured that we knew how to make the most of our stay in Khiva.
The breakfast offered a wide choice of items, which changed daily.
We appreciated the eco touches such as water dispensers on every floor, thus reducing the use of plastic bottles.

Excellent stay, great location and hospitality
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay. The owner, Tim, and his staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel very welcome throughout.

The hotel was spotless and perfectly located in a traditional neighborhood, so it felt authentic and quiet while still being close to everything.

The highlight was the rooftop with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

Highly recommend it!
