The room rate for December 31, 2026 stay date includes a common buffet dinner for 2 people and 4 people for the Family room. Extra person should also pay for the common buffet dinner based on the prevailing rate. If number of guests is less than the standard occupancy per room category, 2 people (or 4 people for Family room) will still be charged respectively. Common buffet dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival, or other reasons.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Booked for my cousin for two nights.
Its a mess i requested for transfer, call the property was turnover to reservation and send and email. I didn’t get any reply a night before my cousin arrive i even ho to the hotel ang speak with the FO to confirm about the transfer.
Fo then told me about the additional fee, said yes that’s fine as long they have smooth transfer. Waited for the call the next since i told FO staff to call me the next day as mu cousins might arrived before 15:00.
My cousins went through the port and tricycle hustle with the transfer dealing with lots of stuff at the port. Stressed with all the process and deal with the tricycle and with the luggage and all.
I went to the hotel and complained about the experience, they just said for further investigation. Di hear anything feedback resolution moving forward anything nothing.
The next day the followup talk with Kessia still insisting matter is still under investigation. No Urgency nothing, very poor guest handling. Communication is very poor.
The whole experience is a mess, i speak to Fo before checkout followup what’s the update NADA NGANGA 9am pa daw papasok ang right person.
Sevice is very POOR
Nice hotel with good location and spacious rooms. Close to the beach. Guests can also use option to use sunbeds on the beach at another Henann hotel.
We booked room with the balcony, but it can barely be called balcony. Pool is relatively small, as it has separated parts. Breakfast could be more diverse.
Very nicely designed and clean, and the breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Especially Jellie-greeter and Jose-Oyster cafe.
Having to have a card for a towel was a little bit annoying. Sorry that you’ve been having problems with stolen towels.
