Pros:

Perfekte Ausstattung für den Preis.

Cons:

Ohne persönlichen Kontakt zu Personal ist es komisch. Zumindest beim Checkout hätten wir direkten Kontakt begrüßt. Va da der Link für online checkout nicht funktionierte.

We would definitely book here again!
Pros:

Location was great to restaurants and shopping. Loved having private entrance. We were able to have access to hotel washer/dryer.

Wished we had a two seats inside the cottage.

Pros:

I liked the large comfortable bed with TV and air conditioning, a great place to relax. Having laundry on site is a perk. The rooms are well stocked with plenty of coffee as well as a fridge/microwave for leftovers.

Cons:

The door closers on the front doors make it somewhat difficult to get any sort of bag through both the door and cramped front vestibule. The price comes with self check in and they have to keep the property secure, which is fine - but trying to put in an access code in a cramped vestibule with your bag and the doors trying to close on you is a bit annoying. They are very clear that there is no elevator and that is okay, but the place would be greatly improved by a ramp in the front to the parking areas and some system to avoid having the doors closed on you when you're trying to get in. There are also cameras on every floor, which is fine-- but the settings on some of them are off: In addition to being cameras they are also very bright motion-activated flood lights (inside). As a light sensitive person it was a bit startling and annoying to have a flood light shined in my face every time I walked by, but it's manageable.

Pros:

Struttura rinnovata, molto bella, caratteristica e pulita. Ottimo il caffè a disposizione. Non particolarmente ampia la dotazione della cucina ma sufficiente per potersi arrangiare. Posizione comoda per visitare Rockport a piedi

There was absolutely zero check-in. It was worse than an airbnb from a check-in perspective. The stay was fine, but when we arrived there was zero staff to greet us, we were in line behind other guests who also didnt know how to check in, and we called and texted the number given for check-in, it went unanswered for 30 minutes. Charmless.

Very clean, well maintained, nice accommodations.

Cons:

There appeared to be no personnel actually on site, which seemed odd. I would have felt better if they were actual people there, in case I had questions. But, no issues arose that required action by anyone. The place was very nice.

Stylish, comfy and great location for Rockport.
Pros:

The decor was very stylish. The room was large and had a proper fridge. Complimentary teas and coffees and also in the communal rest area was a real bonus. Extra bottles of water for free also great. The guest laundry also great idea although we didn’t use it. Check in and out was straight forward to say nobody on site and Mae answered promptly via WhatsApp.
Would stay again. Beds comfy. Aircon good.

Cons:

We had a ground floor room. Curtains were lovely but had come unhooked. Mae offered to fix right away but we didn’t need that as they still closed. However this room is overlooked by the car park. It needs some net or muslin inner curtains to give privacy. Whenever you want to get changed or lie on the bed you have to fully close the blackout curtains and put lights on. Not great.
Coffee machine in the room kept turning itself off but we didn’t report it as we just were pleased to have it!
Bit of chipped skirting boards need attention. Toilet seat kept slipping. Just very minor things. But would stay again and great location.

The Rockport House was a wonderful place to stay. I truly enjoyed my time in this stylish and beautiful home. Everything felt calm, tasteful, and very well cared for. Rockport itself is a charming little seaside town, and staying here made the experience even more special. I would happily return.
