Lovely property but let down by wet bedding and towels and staff digging in our luggage

Раджу власнику додати ножів та відео ок з ложками, а також вирішити проблему зі стоком у душовій кабіні.
Pros:

Чудове місце розташування обʼєкту.
Поряд ресторани, бари та магазин Lidl у трьох хвилинах пішки.
Дуже чиста квартира, на першому поверсі, затишна, тепла з чудовим інтерʼєром! Є все необхідне: пральна машина, утюг, кавова машина, тостер, мікрохвильова піч, електро піч, холодильник, фен.

Cons:

Не сподобалась відсутність столових приборів. Зовсім не було ножів, це було так несподівано і не зручно!
І була лише одна ложка та одна виделка.

А також у душовій кабіні не сходила вода, тому прийшлось після купання витирати підлогу , бо вода витікала із кабіни у загальну частину ванної кімнати. Але й швабри не було 🥴

Lovely, comfortable apartment.
Pros:

Lovely, clean apartment. Communication was good.

Cons:

I think the hidden cutlery drawer needs to be labelled and maybe have some written instructions for how to get on the WiFi in the apartment.

mooi appartement in Berlijn
Pros:

Mooi appartement met alle opties aanwezig.
Je kunt alles vinden in een straal van 400M

Cons:

Parkeren moet je geluk hebben, wel gewoon betalen maar wel makkelijk met de app,
Het kan best druk zijn maar dat is wel normaal in de spits

Warm en welkom verblijf in fantastische buurt van Berlijn
Pros:

De locatie was heel goed. De slaapkamer heel rustig, aan een binnenplaats.
Mooie grote fijne badkamer. Leuk ingericht.

Cons:

De tekst om in te checken. We hebben eerst de verkeerde deur geprobeerd.

Sufficient space and satisfied all needs although a bit noisy & less secure at street level.
Pros:

Location was good, in a more residential area of Berlin so it was quieter and coffee shops right nearby for breakfast, train easily accessible via a short walk. Space was sufficient and kitchen was well-stocked. Host was communicative and able to help resolve issues upon arrival.

Cons:

Guest bed was not set-up upon arrival despite this being requested ahead of time. A lot of back and forth was required with the housekeeper to get adequately sized sheets and appropriate bedding. Floors were not clean upon arrival and vacuum did not work. No effort was made to remedy this. Apartment was on street level - we could hear people on the street and no key was provided for deadlock (didn't feel as safe as I would have liked). Noise from children running in the above apartment was also quite loud.
