Pros:

Très bon hôtel très propre personnel accueil et souriant
C'est pas la première fois.. après mon premier séjour j'ai décidé que j'irai toujours dans cet hôtel quand j'irai a Casablanca

Cons:

La seul chose c'est que j'ai réservé une chambre suite de +-50m² et j'ai reçu une petite chambre

BON HOTEL BIEN SITUE DANS LE QUARTIER DU MAARIF
Pros:

Lorsque je suis arrivé, j'ai rencontré un problème avec le coffre fort pour mettre mes liquidités et mon passeport je suis descendu pour signifier le problème auprès de la Direction, SARA Directrice de l'Etablissement m'a immédiatement surclassé dans une une chambre supérieure au dernier étage, afin de palier au problème. Merci encore pour votre efficacité, et votre bienveillance à mon égard. Je recommande cet établissement !
