War sehr schön das Hotel ist direkt im Zentrum von Maarif.
Pros:

Das personal waren sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Früstuck war sehr gut und lecker.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Abfalleimer.

Un bel hôtel 3 étoiles
Pros:

Joli hôtel bien situé en plein centre, dans une rue calme. Personnel attentionné, chambre spacieuse et propre. Literie confortable. Une très agréable surprise.

Cons:

La télévision ne fonctionne pas mais cela devrait changer très bientôt.

Nous sommes arrivés à 15h30 et nous n'avons pas pu faire le Check in car la chambre n'était pas disponible. Nous sommes entrés dans le logement à 18h et nous avons découvert dans la salle de bain qu'il y avait un dégât des eaux. Nous sommes allés à la réception. Ils nous ont fait monter un technicien qui est arrivé pour être poli. Il était plus que désagréable parce qu'il avait fini sa journée mais malheureusement nous n'y sommes pour rien. Alors la seule chose qu'il a faite c'est qu'il a pris des serviettes et il a épongé deux trois fois le sol. Puis il nous a dit qu'il revenait sauf qu'au bout de 20 minutes il y avait personne qui était revenue. Nous sommes descendus à la réception et elle nous a dit qu'il était parti. Donc c'est un gros manque de professionnalisme de laisser le client comme ça et donc on nous a dit de rester comme ça et qu'il y avait aucune solution ou alors elle nous il nous proposait une chambre avec un lit double pour 3 personnes donc c'est inadmissible. Nous sommes finalement restés dans notre chambre et le lendemain on nous a dit que le technicien est arrivé sauf que c'était un dimanche et qu'il faut attendre lundi. Donc on nous a dit que bah finalement on va vous changer de chambre. Nous y sommes restés deux jours mais si on avait eu l'occasion on aurait changé de logement.

Très bon hôtel très propre personnel accueil et souriant
C'est pas la première fois.. après mon premier séjour j'ai décidé que j'irai toujours dans cet hôtel quand j'irai a Casablanca

Cons:

La seul chose c'est que j'ai réservé une chambre suite de +-50m² et j'ai reçu une petite chambre
