Expérience catastrophique
Pros:

Absolument rien personnelle malpoli et insultant très mauvaise expérience la façon dont on nous a parlé et inacceptable une réclamation a été faite bien entendu nous avons quitté l'hôtel le lendemain de notre arrivée et débourser un autre hôtel.

Cons:

Le réceptionniste qui m'a dit être le gérant alors qu'il n'était absolument pas le gérant qui s'est permis de répondre à une réclamation par mail au nom de la direction réponse calomnieuse et diffamatoire une procédure est des lors entamée j'attends bien évidemment mon remboursement qui n'a actuellement toujours pas été fait.
Au-delà de cette aspect les serviettes étaient dégueulasse les draps jaune des chambres et salle et très mauvaise odeur.

Pros:

The air conditioning was quiet

Cons:

1) staff instructed us to park our rental car along the curb on the opposite side of the road, a local guy came over to ask for money. We gave him 20 DH to stop any unpredictable happenings. Area seemed unsafe for me.

2) after my husband took a shower, the whole washroom was flooded. A staff member came to check the leak, and we had to move to another room.

3) After I took a shower, the same flooding happened in the newly moved room but since it's already midnight, we didn't bother to report.

Ideaal voor één nacht.
Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk. We kwamen 's avonds laat aan en werden warm onthaald.

Cons:

De accomodatie was best basic en al wat verouderd. We verbleven één nacht, kwamen laat aan en de volgende ochtend moesten we tijdig vertrekken. Het verblijf was hier prima voor, maar ik zou hier niet voor opteren mochten we langer in Casablanca gebleven zijn.

L'hotel est correct pour le prox payé.
Merci pour le café d'acceuil. (Pensez à mettre une machine nespresso avec deux capsules) nettement mieux que les deux sachets nescafe).
