The staffs were polite
the smell of my studio wasnt the best,no hot water,no wifi
The location and the comfort of the room.
They have different location and the receptionist was confused on which location my booking corresponded. There was no wifi

Can't complain too much because for that price, I was not expecting 5 start experience, so fair enough
- Bathroom had an odour
- The SR1 bathroom was super small even though the room cost more than SP2
- WiFi wasn't working and one of the reason I choose that place was because of WiFi since I needed it for work, but I had to tether mobile data the whole time, which was not very efficient. I Complained to a staff about the WiFi and he basically shrugged that there was nothing he could do.
- Couldn't sleep the first night due to mosquitoes, had to request a mosquitoe spray which I sprayed every evening. Maybe mosquitoe nets could be installed on the windows

Location is superb, pricing very reasonable and accommodation very comfortable & secured!
Limited inside parking for vehicles and poor WiFi network availability.
