Accettabile per una notte
Pros:

Comodo per raggiungere la O2arena, motivo per cui l’abbiamo scelta. Distante una sola fermata di metro.

Cons:

Niente aria condizionata, solo un ventilatore.
Finestre prive di oscuranti quindi essendo una mansarda non solo era molto calda ma alle prime luci dell’alba non riesci più a dormire, alla fine basterebbe davvero poco almeno per risolvere questo problema.

Struttura non particolarmente pulita, in uno dei cassetti ho trovato un fazzoletto usato e delle cartacce.

Personale non presente in sede,tutto viene gestito on Line attraverso dei codici che ti vengono rilasciati poco prima del check in.

Do not stay here. Unless you plan to book all the other rooms. Solo travellers must take care.
Pros:

I like the location. My room was spacious and clean

Cons:

Everything else. The bathroom and toilets are both dirty, I had to buy my own cleaning products and clean before using the facilities. Anyone and everyone was allowed entry to the property without checks beforehand, how is this exceptable?. The kitchen space is supposed to be shared right, yet it was always being used. I paid for these facilities and could barely use them. Most air bnbs are are not shared accommodations that force you to lose your time waiting around for others to be done. Anything I left in the kitchen or downstairs was stolen. If I bought and left food it was eaten. Even the kitchen roll I bought, on day two was taken from the kitchen. On my last night I couldn't use the kitchen as another guest was using it. Practiculary all day it seems as their room was downstairs. I didn't use the kitchen or eat the whole day, so I thought I could get a take away. The delivery driver left it outside at the entrance for me to collect. I went to collect it, they had already taken in my delivery and eaten the food. A complete waste of money. I'll never be staying here again. Other guests are stealing regulary and whats to be done of it?

Pros:

Great location for what I needed, reasonably priced.

Cons:

"Interesting" neighbours right next door that with open windows (because of the heat) I heard at odd hours of the day. Did not meet any personnel at all and the place could have been kept a bit cleaner. Bed was comfortable, but creaked at every move I made.

Pros:

I always have a good sleep and good location for wat I have to do when. I am in London the staff are amazing thay well look after me when I come here if need anything it's just a call away I've stayed here a good few times. Over the years will be back in December

Great place and very handy to do my shopping and seeing places

Pros:

Some of the reviews I had read were really not good so I was a little worried but I can confirm 100% that any reviews less than 5* are very wrong. The accomodation was absolutely perfect in every way: location, easy to find, easy to get into, exceptionally clean, tidy, quiet and great communication from the host. We had very clean sheets and towels and not only the bedroom (which was roomy) but also the shower room and toilet were spotlessly clean. And it is a good safe area to walk from Custom House train station (only 5-10 mins walk). I would 100% recommend this, especially value for money. Extremely reasonable price. I would recommend this property without hesitation 🙏
