worst experience ever
Cons:

worst unprofessional staffs, size of rooms, they faked suite as a normal executive room.

Manager was excellent but the hotel had many faults.
Pros:

The manager Mrinal Yadav was excellent with good communication and customer service skills. Food was delicious. Clean and basic room. Air Con and fan worked well. Location was fine. Off road car parking available, just ensure you don't get blocked in.

Cons:

Unfortunately the rest of the staff (excluding the manager) were not good. The security guard moved my vehicle so I was blocked in on both mornings of my stay. Very annoying. Internet connection failed to work for both days. No English speaking TV channels. Hotel doesn't accept payment by international card so very inconvenient to pay in cash! Very noisy but then that is Purnia! Lift doesn't function all of the time so be prepared to take the stairs. Hotel locks up their doors early so don't stay out or check in late.
