Pros:

Very big room and bathroom. Opposite to a school and in not so busy environment. The property also has a spa. You are required to remove footwear outside. The bedroom had a massive 65" TV for entertainment which I didn't bother much about but looks like Netflix is available for free. The rooms are well maintained and everything is cleaned everyday without prior notice. All equipment is modern, even in bathroom, the locks have manual pass code and the host communicated it clearly. Hosts wouldn't know English just like other places in Vietnam but translator works. There is a common kitchen for everyone in property to cook.

Cons:

There is moldy smell.

Pros:

Très propre avec tout ce qu’il fallait. Lit comfortable, décoré avec goût , j’ai beaucoup aimé les lumières tamisées (c’est rare d’avoir une belle luminosité). les propriétaires ont été absolument charmants, et je le recommande vivement.

Pros:

Everything, the photos are so real like before coming our expectations was low because always photos are from +5 years ago but this place was amazing. We didn't see a single insect in the room or bathroom, not even a fly. Everything was very clean, and the bathroom had plenty of mini shampoos, shower gels, and other toiletries. This was the best place I stayed at in Asia and it was fantastic for the price, I wish we could have stayed longer. And the staff were so helpful, even though he didn't speak English, was always ready to communicate by phone and was a wonderful person. Our room was completely silent, making it very easy to sleep.

Cons:

Reservations fill up very quickly xd. That's why we could extend our stay; it's such a good place.

Very comfortable room near the airport
Pros:

Large room with modern facilities.
Very clean.
Operated by a lovely family.

Cons:

On the main street so may be a little noisy for some people.
Mostly local restaurants and coffee shops in the area (could be a good thing for some people)

I was very happy at TRUC HOME..AC, TV, Big bed, water, Tea, coffee, fantastic bathroom clean towels every day toothbrush tooth paste, raisea etc

Perfect
Pros:

Very good stay, hard to do better for that price. Nice staff, well equiped apartment, super spacious and calm. Easy communication with the host. If you want a place to relax while being close to the city center, here it is. Would come back again :)

Quá tuyệt vời, Xuất sắc.
Pros:

Gần trung tâm , nhân viên quá nhiệt tình chu đáo , sạch sẽ , tiện nghi đầy đủ mọi thứ Tivi to cỡ 80in có cả Netflix , gần chỗ ăn uống mọi thứ quá ok

Pros:

Фотки вытянуты конечно, но это не меняет сути. Отель чистый, каждый день водичка и смела полотенец. Горячая вода, кондиционер. Отличное место, не центр. Дворик маленький и выходит на улицу, но при этом вечером тихо. Есть общая кухня и все посуда

Pros:

The room was sooo big and comfortable, bed as well, just like pictures are.

Cons:

The noise from the street as we took the room with a balcony. Next time I would just take the one without a balcony.
