Pros:

The location was excellent and very comfortable. The staff were extremely good and very helpful. Overall, based on my experience, I would give a 10/10 rating for the staff service.

Pros:

Everything was perfect, very kind Staff, traditional Food, comfortable House and the environment is something magical in the Nature.
I regret that we only booked for 1 Night.

Spacious room. Super friendly staff

Cons:

Horrible bathroom with an ever hitching door and flooding and dirty floor. No fridge. Food is not worth the value plus tasteless (only mono sodium glucomate taste) The pictures shown are misleading. The place is not that spacious (garden) They pretend to have the Deduru Oya dam, but it is a small, old spill they have closeby. Poor lighting in the room. Hot water system hangs as high as heaven

Pros:

Tutto!!! Bellissimo posto immerso nella natura. Qui ci si può davvero rilassare e si è super coccolati. Ottimi i pranzi, le cene e le colazioni. Personale super disponibile e piscina grandissima e pulita. Giochi per bambini. Notare però che la struttura è un po’ lontana da negozi/ristoranti/centro città, ma ne vale la pena!

Pros:

The view is fantastic. Cabanas are nice and ok to stay. Food was good.

Cons:

Not enough power points to charge our devices. Noth worth for that price. The place is good for day events but for staying it is expensive.

Amazing family experience.
Pros:

Staff at this property truly go above and beyond for the customer to enjoy their stay and do so from the heart.
Special thanks to our target shooting “coach”.

We loved the rustic cottages, the garden, the facilities ( pool, badminton, playground, archery and target shooting) and the view of the waterfall.

We had tea, dinner and breakfast and everything tasted great. Upon request, the staff took the trouble to go get a special treat that my husband wanted to taste.

It appears that this new resort is very much interested in sustainability and integration in the local community.

We loved our stay there and highly recommend it to all.

Cons:

Accessing the bridge that leads to the property is difficult in a large van or bigger vehicle, so best go in a smaller vehicle.

Would have liked to have shampoo, conditioner and bigger bar of soap, and a towel rack or hook to hang clothes in the bathroom.

More light is required in the cabanas and the bathroom. Our cabana had an outdoor shower which is a bit of a different concept to adjust to as it comes with all elements of nature including frogs!

Other people in our group experienced some plumbing issues in their cabana which was quickly taken care by staff members but would have liked hot water in the shower. Perhaps the property might consider solar panels for water heating to keep with the nature friendly theme.

Finally some comfortable lounge chairs on the porch so guests can enjoy the fresh air and views is recommended.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The staff and food were amazing. They treated us with utmost respect and kindness. The activities such as rifle shooting was great.

Cons:

The toilet and shower were outside and hence during rain storms, we were unable to use the restrooms.
