Bardzo dziękuję za wspaniały pobyt w Waszym hotelu. Czułem się jak bym był u dobrych znajomych. Dziękuję za wczesne śniadanie i transfer do Gabali. Teraz dzięki wizycie u Was będę w Polsce znajomym i rodzinie mówił jak gościnni są ludzie w Baku w Azerbejdżanie, a szczególnie polecać będę Wasz kameralny hotel na starówce. Jeszcze raz dziękuję. Zaskoczyło mnie to że przyjęliście mnie herbatą. To było bardzo miłe.

Property was at amazing location in the middle of old city , very safe specially for a solo travel women , breakfast was amazing everyday . Special murad amazing host always there to help with food recommendations and city strolling. It was 10/10 experience for me

Forgot who the receptionist was. But he is amazing, perfect English, very accommodating, helped me exchange my money since I didn’t know where. Amazing guy

The hotel is located in the very good place: central and quiet. I would like to particularly mention friendly and welcoming staff, who helped me a lot. The breakfast was good. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful property, very cosy and homely with so many traditional elements scattered around the entire hotel. It gives you an opportunity to experience the culture and vibe of the old city. Staff is extremely helpful and very cooperative. I had requested for a lower level room for my parents, which was catered to. We even requested for an early checkin and they made that happen as well. Breakfast was and simple yet great.

Would definitely book this hotel again and cannot recommend enough, specially because of their staff.

Friendly staff

Location is literally in the middle of old city which means you can access everywhere including restaurants, metro, Nizami st. And cafes in a walking distance, but you might need to use google maps to get to the hotel every time . The room is very clean but the toilet is a bit small but suits the needs. Staff are very friendly and welcoming specially Mr. Ali . BF is a small homemade portion of variety. Good value for money, defiantly recommended.

My room was pretty cozy. I have received all needed for "surviving" - tea, coffee, sugar, nice smelling towels, paper, soap, shampoo, simple slippers etc. Room has working air conditioner. I didnt spend too much time in my room however it was exactly what i expected and wanted. What i liked the most was interaction with hotel service - all gentlemen were super helpful, nice to speak with (in english and in russian for me).
