Sejurul a fost unul acceptabil, beneficiind de o locație centrală și servicii de bază corespunzătoar
Pros:

Locația unității este una centrală, oferind acces facil către principalele puncte de interes. Personalul de la recepție a depus eforturi apreciabile pentru a comunica în limba engleză, aspect mai puțin frecvent întâlnit în această țară și care merită remarcat. Curățenia în cameră a fost realizată zilnic, chiar dacă la un nivel mai degrabă superficial. Prosoapele au fost schimbate la cerere, ceea ce constituie un aspect pozitiv. Sistemul de climatizare al spațiului a funcționat în condiții foarte bune.

Cons:

Lipsa unui frigider în cameră reprezintă un dezavantaj semnificativ, având în vedere că unitatea oferă exclusiv servicii de mic dejun. De asemenea, pe unul dintre pereți, acoperit cu tapet, era vizibil praf, ceea ce indică anumite neajunsuri în ceea ce privește curățenia în detaliu. Camera este relativ înghesuită, iar mobilierul – constând într-un scaun din lemn și un colțar – s-a dovedit a fi incomod. Totodată, absența unor spații comune de relaxare, precum fotolii pe holuri sau zone dedicate, este un minus.
În cameră au fost identificate plicuri de ceai fără termen de expirare menționat, care nu mai prezentau miros, aspect ce a ridicat semne de întrebare privind prospețimea acestora și a determinat evitarea consumului.
În ceea ce privește confortul, salteaua este excesiv de fermă, iar perna prea mică și moale (aspecte ce țin, desigur, și de preferințele personale). În comparație cu alte unități din lanțul Ibis din alte țări, acest hotel se situează sub nivelul așteptărilor.
