Évente többször visszajárok és eddig mindig itt szálltam meg. Teljesen elégedett vagyok. Kedves a személyzet. Tiszta a szálloda. Változatos, finom a reggeli. Köszönöm a porcukrot a palacsintához. 😊

Der Warmwasserbereiter funktionierte nicht… Das war das Einzige, was uns enttäuscht hat… Aber es ist ein äußerst komfortables Hotel mit freundlichem Personal… Es ist eine Unterkunft, die wir bei internationalen Reisen wieder wählen würden… Die Parkplatzsuche könnte etwas mühsam sein… Zum Glück haben wir am Wochenende einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel gefunden… Vielen Dank für alles…

Pros:

A lokalizáció és a tisztaság.

Cons:

-Nem megfelően aktiválták a szobakártyát bejelentkezéskor- már a lift használata sem volt így lehetséges.
-A szobában maximum 19 C fok volt, a karbantartó csak annyit mondott, hogy egy audit során meghatározták, hogy az érintett szélső szobában maximum 19 C fok lehet, az ezt követően kapott 1 db kis teljesítményű hősugárzó nem volt képes a szoba hőmérséklétének érdemi emelésére, érdekességképpen, hogy a felajánlott másik szintén szélső szobában már kellemes hőmérséklet volt-itt valamiért mégsem volt hőmérséklet limit. A bejelentkezéskor egyébként nem hívták fel a figyelmemet a szobára vonatkozó zord hőmérsékleti körülményre.
-A kellemetlenségért cserébe felajánlott késői check out lehetőséget kissé beárnyékolta, hogy a szobakártyát 11 órakor inaktiválták, melyről szintén nem tájékoztattak előre.
-Kifejezetten lassú recepció- 3 külföldi ember bejelentkezése 45 percet vett igénybe.
-Papírvékony falak-a szoba leírással ellentétben zéró hangszigetelés.

Kedves barátságos személyzet. Tiszta szoba, fürdőszoba. A reggelinél nincs nagy választék, de ami volt, az tökéletes minőségű, ízű volt.
