Pros:

The only one advantage of this hotel is location. Really good, in the city centre, close to everything you may need

Cons:

Terrible smell of burning in our room and toilet. Totally impossible to stay inside, let alone sleep. More of that the only window on the room is on the ceiling, impossible to open it to ventilate the room and if you want to sleep a bit more than another disappointment because that windows starlight above your face and from early morning sun is there.

Dostaneš sa do hotela kedykoľvek chceš pomocou kódov, vyzdvihneš si kľúče a oddychuješ.

A very pleasant stay in a central property just a short walking distance to the historical centre
Pros:

Location was very central, just a few minutes walk from Hlavna, the centre of the historical part of the city. The room was ok and the same for the bathroom. TV had a lot of stations including Netflix. The room was spacious. The property is very close to a small open market.

Cons:

The only downside is the stairs as we are over 65 years and there were a few. But if you are younger in age or fit it should not be a problem.

Poloha bola fajn, 3 min k domu sv. Alžbety.Izby ako tak fajn, akurát naša voňala zatuchlinou akoby tam niekto fajčil.

Cons:

Boli tam mravce a nefungovali kanály na televízore,ale to nie je úplne mínus

We had an issue and info hadn’t passed from booking.com to the hotel but when I raised it with the staff their main conc
Pros:

It was very clean and tidy.

Cons:

I have mobility issues and there were a lot of steps with no lift and very difficult to navigate this with a pram also. But the staff were great and helpful

Aj napriek mnohým negatívnym hodnoteniam, musím povedať že hotel bol v absolútnom poroadki

Tvrdšia posteľ ale veľmi pohodlná

Cons:

V hoteli sme nevideli žiaden personál, všetko funguje samostatne čo možno pre starších ľudí môže byť nevýhoda

Disappointing experience - Strong tobacco smell and poor solutions
Pros:

The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the city.

Cons:

The room had a very strong and unpleasant smell of stale tobacco. When we raised the issue, the staff tried to move us to a significantly worse room instead of providing an equivalent or better solution. This made for a very uncomfortable experience.
