Hôtel incroyable et typique ! Niché au cœur du bazar !
Très confortable et pas du tout bruyant !
Petit déjeuner copieux et typique turc !
Very nice hotel with super nice and helpful staff! It is just 5 min away from the most important places to be visited in the city. To not forget the delicious breakfast served at the terrace.
Poor breakfast. Not able to reach with car. The concept that 2 people shouting after midnight and the staff did not interfere. Airconditioning too weak
The pictures if you look online look lovely. Just my kind of place. And the photo of the bedroom similar
It is impossible to stay there if, like us, you are a little bit older and are in a car. The description is incorrect. It should say there is nowhere anywhere near the place where you can park your car. The hotel is situated in one of the most rundown areas you can imagine. There are no streets around it, just narrow alleyways with obstructions like vegetable stalls, parked bikes, etc, everywhere. Once you turn into one of these alleyways in an attempt to find the place, it is very hard (and hair raising) to find your way out. To be honest, even if we had agreed to stay the night, we would have been afraid to walk around the area after dark
Very friendly staff, beautiful old building nicely decorated in a quiet street, close to old center, nice view from rooftop terrace
Nothing
the location as it is near to bazaar and food. only walking distance.
the internet connection and probably the electricity that suddenly black out. and also the lighting. too dim. need to use white lights
The location was wonderfully pittoresque. It felt really authentic. We had to cross the Bazaar every day to get to and from the Inn but the experience was amazing. We got lost several times because the bazaar is like a labyrinth but we didn't mind. The narrow streets behind the bazaar give the area that particular flavour that a real tourist should be looking for.
The Inn was in an old building with stairs and terraces at different levels culminating with a terrace on top from where you could see the city (the Inn itself is on a hill so the top terrace made for a perfect panoramic view!).
The room was large (we booked it that way) and really beautifully decorated. The mattress was perfect! The breakfast was rich, diverse and I advise everybody to ask if they don't know how some elements combine together. We didn't, and only during our last breakfast we found out that you're supposed to mix two of the sauces and dip the bread in the mix!
The host was very kind and helpful!
We would most definitely stay at the same place if we come back (we would like to!).
A small personal inconvenient was the lighting. The entire Inn has these dim lights which make for a wonderful ambient! Really wonderful! But I had to finish some work (I was in Urfa for a conference) and this type of light made it difficult for me to do so. The daylight was short, during the day we had to be at the conference or we visited places and in the evening, after 7 pm, when I had some time to work it was a little bit difficult. But it is not something I would change about the Inn that was perfect as it was. I would only pack a desk lamp or at least a stronger light bulb that I could use for reading in the evening or working ...
The restored old building and it's traditional decoration. The courtyard. The authentic kahvalti breakfast.
Paper cup for tea service and only one teabag and no coffee.
A lovely room - good a/c too

Beautiful building with nicely decorated rooms. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Although it’s in the city centre there’s not too much noise from the streets.
Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.
Bathroom was super tiny and the shower was cold.
A beautiful and charming hotel in the heart of the city yet peaceful and quiet. Once you step foot inside the well appointed and stunning courtyard you feel as if you just stepped back in time and entered another world. Additionally the onsite team goes over and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Turkish hospitality at its best. The location is excellent as a home base to many of the nearby historical attractions. I highly recommend this beautiful and clean hotel.
