Pros:

Just the try who try to calm the disappointment situation

Cons:

Bad management , poor business set up for money extaustion

Bad facilities, monney extaustion for poor services. Bad bed sheet, dirty rooms, no toiletries, not even a tissues paper/ or savet paper served with food, no parking, space, no dinning, un cleaned rooms , bad AC in the room

One staff in particular was exceptional.

The sheets were very old, there roaches in the room, they deceptively told me the WiFi got cut off after 1 night of stay. No hot water

The information they posted online is different from what I met when I got to the hotel. The room I paid for was not given to me. Poor customer Service and the foos is not the best. I need a refund of my money
