Pros:

Near to lake.
I get ground floor near to lobby with Connecting door. Easy for our parents access.

Cons:

Swimming pool not clean. Maybe to check on maintenance schedule.

Pros:

Staff very friendly house keeping, reseption area all nice. Facilities need to upgrade the curtain bed. Breakfast nasi lemak was good sambal also sedap but maybe for the next time atleast can provide with ikan bilis and kacang will be good.

The environment is good with quite and cold at night. The staff is polite and responsive to enquiries.
The morning breakfast tasted good, good job to the chef and kitchen staff.

The cleanliness can be improved, bird dropping at some corner of the corridor and toilet cleanliness is not good.

My unplanned & last minute ramadhan stay the hospitality exceeds the price I paid
Pros:

1. staff are polite and friendly 2. Food for sahur was sent to my room though upon check-in I was informed it will be served at the restaurant

Cons:

The room and it's fixtures look old and a bit unkept. There was even a hole in one of the chairs' seat.
