The location, the staff and food are nice
I was given a room that had a view on the back side of the hotel, at night I was suffocating from the smoking smells coming up from downstairs

Good staff, good breakfast and room cleaned everyday
Everything stinks of cigarette. Ventilation system is bad. Cigarette smoke from other room came into my room at night and it was impossible to even breathe.
But staff were helpful to deal with situation
Great location - close to bus to/from both commercial airports in Istanbul. Great restaurants nearby, including several lokanta. Friendly helpful staff.
Nothing to complain about
Firstly, it is in Kadıköy - the only sensible place to stay in Istanbul.
Second: very helpful and welcoming staff.
Thirdly: excellent amenities. A room safe that works, a shower that promptly delivers hot water, a shower unit that does not leak water everywhere etc….
Note that this hotel allows smoking on site. That awful stink of cigarettes was not noticeable in out room, but it is nevertheless possible…..,,,
Good location and breakfast!
The owner helped me receive my parcel in the post office, the rich breakfast, a clean bed and shower room, you can find everything you need in the property.

Its closeness to all means of transport and all kind of shops
The fact that water isn’t free, that was a big flop
the staf barely know english, comunication is very bad, the employees seem very disinterested, the staf did not won to call a cab. the dining room very small. the breakfast is very poor. the shower has mold.
