Pros:

What they put on this page is really true in reallity, Accessible to place i needed, clean with toiletries for 3 adults, equiped as specified on this page, with view, you can bring food and water to cook as in as real deal and affordable for the price i booked. The contact person was accommodating and entertained all my inquiries were assisted since im new on the area and im not used to this.. i really hope to this stays long and i could find more similar like this in other place.

Cons:

Not much just the sofa bed is a bit uncomfy coz the folding part was not flat. I also i got confused on the name but fortunately the customer service answer my inquiries

Very disinterested, unwrlcoming and unapologetic staff. Bedbugs and very noisy rooms.

Cons:

When we got to the property, the reception staff (Ms. Kimberley) came across extremely uninterested and unapologetic. She told us she could not find our booking while she was messaging on WhatsApp with her friends/family. She did not even look at us. Then she called someone and told us to wait on the sofa. We asked how long for (cause we had been travelling cor 24h and it was midnight and we had to wake up at 7am to catch another flight) and she so ply said “don’t know. Take a seat”. We waited for 30 minutes and only when I went back to her to complain about it, she finally put her phone down and started to do something about it.
She “found” our booking and sent us to our room.
Room was VERY noisy, and bed had bedbugs we got bitten the whole night so could not sleep at all!

Just fair.
Pros:

Location to the Airport.

Cons:

No proper coordination with the concierge as to which cluster/room we will be staying. The front desk couldn't find our reservation. At first, we were informed thru email confirmation that we were booked in Cluster C, then we're told by the assisting front desk that it's Cluster D. Then finally, the front desk in cluster D, who seem to have been confused or clueless and busy on her phone instructed us to go to Cluster B. We even asked if she can just call the staff in that building to confirm so we won't have to go back and forth but never showed interest in doing that at all. We have 4 heavy luggages and it was not easy for us to transfer from one building to another. No one even bothered to offer us to use a cart. The front desk staff dont even look welcoming. They must be so tired of doing what they are doing.
