Sardinien immer, dieses Haus eher besser nicht.
Pros:

An sich ein schönes Haus und Lage. Sehr sauber und immer gute Reinigung. Wegen der Differenzen wurde sicher aus Kulanz, ein kleiner Teil zurück erstattet.

Cons:

Nur leider eher lustlos geführt. In meinem Zimmer war ein Schrank und ein Bett mehr nicht. Gebucht hatte ich mit Balkon, nun wurde ein Fenster zur Straße daraus. Warmwasser muss man erst literweise vergeuden, bis welches kommt. (mehr als 5 Minuten) Selbst ein Zahnputzbecher gehörte selbst bei Nachfrage nicht zur Ausstattung dazu. Die Klimaanlage läuft permanent, was man auch hört aber nicht Temperaturmäßig merkt. Zumal auch der Pseudo-Kühlschrank, (mit runtergelebten Tisch), eher mehr als Heizung für den Raum dient. Die Elektrik (Bedienung von Schalter und Nutzung von Steckdosen), würde ich eher als Abenteuer einschätzen. Die auf den Bildern dargestellte Rezeption gibt es zwar, aber ist eigentlich permanent nicht besetzt. Auch eine Hilfe wegen der Ungereimtheiten mit dem Zimmer, werden nicht ernst genommen. Das einchecken und Schlüsselübergabe, erfolgt über üblichen Self-Check in, siehe Bild.

In bagno era presente solo uno shampoo e il sapone per le mani in dispenser. Avrei gradito il bagnoschiuma per la doccia ma ci siamo arrangiate col sapone

Good stay for a night or two, but be aware of its limitations and AC!!
Pros:

The owner was very flexible when it came to our reservation.
The room was spacy as well as the bathroom.
Had a view,
Lo Sfizio Ristorante Pizzeria (not recommended by the hotel but a short drive) mightve been the best one I've eaten in.
Grocery stores within a short drive

Cons:

The AC was broken (or rather was turned off for the night), we slept with windows open. Well, we tried sleeping.
No one from staff was there.
Very high and steap mountain side. Like very very high. (more like a consideration for future guests)
You need a car to get everywhere, even if gps shows you you can walk to the shop - there's no way.
It looks kind of abandoned, the garage zone is very messy.

La posizione… la stanza bella spaziosa

Cons:

Purtroppo nel bagno non abbiamo trovato alcun tipo di sapone. Probabilmente e’ stata una dimenticanza . In struttura non c’ era nessuno per chiedere qualsiasi tipo di informazione. Siamo arrivati intorno alle 18:30. Inoltre altra nota dolente e’ stato il letto… molto scomodo e rumoroso. Sicuramente andrebbe sistemato!
