You get what you pay for!
Pros:

Bed was comfy and air con worked, if you need something minimal and cheap it will do the job.

Cons:

Bath didn't work, hot water ran out, no toilet paper provided, no laundry service available and was very difficult communicating with the staff, although they tried their best and were friendly during.
