we enjoyed the patio out back. it was clean, great location for us. close to everything.
not sure on the heat pump it was humid outside and a bit damp inside but not sure we were working the heat pump properly.

He was very clean and the location for our purposes was perfect. It had all the amenities of a nice hotel. Coffee water Wi-Fi TV and all the toiletries
It may sound like nitpicking but there was a decent amount of street noise when loud vehicles would go by.
Excellent bathroom facilities. Back porch. Nicely decorated modern room.
Could have used a small table on porch and a toaster in the room.
The location was perfect walking distance of everything downtown, everyone in Blenheim is very friendly and they all like the "tiny hotel" as they were calling it.
Perfect distance to great places like Rondeau Provincial Park and much more along Lake Erie. Definitely will be back again perfect weekend escape spot.
This is our second time staying here. We love that instead of a big hotel building its just one room. You can tell its well taken care of and the washroom is very nice! Its also a. Great location being near everything since its on the main street.
Its not that I didnt like, but the only thing I wish is that it was a king size bed. Also, it would be nice if there was an HDMI cord with the tv in case you wanted to use your own device (I.e. laptop).
This place was spot-on! Very clean and wonderful attention to detail. The shower, coffee machine, thermostat, lock system, and lighting were all very modern. Extra plugs everywhere. A nice patio out back. Easy and free to park. Quiet and dark at night. Comfy bed. Will stay again :)

My wife says the pillow cases. They dont match the cool vibe within the room

Road noise and the back of the building neighbourhood looked a bit rough .
Location was convenient to a work function at the nearby golf course (Willow Ridge).
I was aware of the street traffic noise based on reviews so no surprises there.
Overall was nicely laid out room and nice touch with the heated toilet seat.
Everything was fine based on what I was expecting for the one night stay. I did have some initial trouble using the key pad to get in as it wasn't taking my key presses for some reason. Unsure if it was due to the direct sunlight hitting it. Was able to call though and owner was able to remotely open for me which was super convenient.

Toto Bidet toilet! LOL it was clean, modern, on Main Street, there was coffee and water. We enjoyed a morning coffee on the back outdoor patio. It was super cute! We would stay again.
The bed was fine, but the room was big enough for a king bed. It would have been a nice extra!

The privacy was a positive factor.
We were looking for a regular hotel, only to discover the frontage that looked like an office was indeed the whole hotel. The word hotel is a little misleading since it is only a one room rental with a bathroom.
Location was convenient - close to a bunch of amenities and restaurants. The place was nice. Washroom was very nice. Our room was very clean.
Bed wasn't the comfiest - not bad but could've been slightly firmer (just my personal opinion). Had some trouble with the TV.
