For the location was perfect easy accessed and exit as well as the parking space. The kids playground needs to be clean
Pros:

It was close to many food stalls and restaurants, it had an ecstatic looks as it feels like we are in Bali.

Cons:

Breakfast by 8 o’clock the rice porridge was finished and didn’t get to be refilled because they scared they couldn’t make it in time.
The playground for kids was dirty and lots of mosquitoes.

The hotel overall has an older feel, but the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating.
Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room we initially booked was located very close to the main road, and the noise from passing cars was extremely loud. We had no choice but to upgrade to another room situated in the center of the hotel, overlooking the pool. None of the rooms had fans or air conditioning, which made it quite stuffy during the day, though it was comfortably cool at night.

The discount was a lie
Pros:

Location is good and staff are very nice and professional.

Cons:

Booking.com price was a fraud. It stated 40% discount but the hotel has the same price list on the reception without the discount.
Too much noise from the road. Hotel could do better landscaping to mitigate that problem.
