Very disappointing!!! Would not recommend it.
Pros:

The view from reception, that I was "hoping" that us ladies would have been able to experience.

Cons:

The faults advertising, as NOWHERE on their site or on Booking.Com where the Staff Accommodations shown, the only images were that of the hotel rooms, thus, naturally assuming that they is what were would be staying in, as it was nit made mention anywhere of any "other/alternative" rooms, in the staff accommodation. The lack of maintenance, lack of up keep, lack of cleanliness, light fitting hanging from the roof, wifi offered yet not available. room was dirty and in need of a deep spring clean, the curtains were siff dirty and had a smell about them, they are coming off the rails, the view we had out of our window, was of the washing line and broken down sheds. when asked why we were being taken to the Staff area, I was advised that the special was on the outside separate units. Those were not worth what was paid, for a one nighter. The communal kitchen was beyond me, those microwaves will be the start of a new pandemic outbreak.

Cons:

The room that we were given to us was very basic and The door was fitted didnot provide sufficient coverage, There was a huge gap at the bottom of door that let in light and noise. We heard every movement from other guests and could hear their conversations. The tv did not work .

Cons:

Receptionist did not have a pen, there was no room available for me, the room that they gave me was terrible. And this was the executive king room that they had outside the hotel, looked like a maids quarter. No wifi, key was broken, Tv did not work, cant use the cupboards due to no space as a couch was standing in front of it. Aircon batteries did not work. Was not clean, toilet was dirty. Cant fill the kettle to make coffee due to it begin to big cant fill it at the basin.

Will defiantly not recommend this place.

Disappointed for the price
Pros:

This is a place that tries to be a boutique hotel but fails miserably.

Cons:

The place is built on a smallholding with old buildings and old vehicles standing around. Bad finishes everywhere.

Clean place and was conveniently located to my event venue.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

Staff could do with some professional training. Got a call before I checked in with the employee telling me he’s been up and working since 7:00 am and has been calling to find out what time I’ll check in so he can go and sleep. Felt very unprofessional and there are many different ways you can confirm check in.
Also staff cleaning early in the morning have loud conversations and move furniture around loudly.
Person that open the gate for me in the morning hoofed at me to “hurry up and leave” as I got my car started. Wasn’t impressed with the level of professionalism.

Pros:

Property has potential and investment in training staff in guest services and upgrading intercom or security at gate so guests are not inconvenienced

Cons:

Entering and exiting the facility is an issue. They have a qr intercom system that does not function properly. Check in process and staff are in urgent need of proper training and how to deal with clients.

Adequate for sleeping over in. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Close to the wedding venue we were attending. Friendly staff.

Cons:

On booking.com it was stated that there is a restaurant. Upon arrival, however, we discovered that this was not the case and that they had no chef, which meant we had to go out and find somewhere to have supper. Breakfast was arranged but there was only one option available. I suggest removing restaurant facilities from booking.com's list of available facilities. There also weren't hand towels or shower mats in any of the 3 bathrooms we'd booked.
