Great stay
Pros:

I liked everything about the stay, it was so nice and peaceful

Pros:

The location, the pool.

Cons:

No clue which key was for what door. The room we were first given didn't lock at all, had towels atleast.
We then asked for an upgrade, R400 extra for a the "upgraded" room also problems with the lock. No towels or toilet paper, the blinds one piece was broken off leaving a decent size view of the shower from the outside.
Staff was super apologetic and friendly though.

Location was convenient.

Cons:

Door lock could not lock from the incident. Had to put a chair behind the door to secure it. A lot of bright light came from outside came through underneath the door.
There were no towels in the unit. The phone inside the unit did not work so I was not able to contact reception.
Sunday morning there was what appeared to be a church service, in addition to welding taking place outside. Lots of noise.

They gave someone else our room because we didnt show up at time. They assumed we are not coming

I didnt like anything.

Cons:

When I arrived there , I found out that they gave someone's else our room even i thought I told the receptionist that I will check im bit later. I was very disappointed and we had to wait for housekeeper to come and clean the other room so I can sleep. It wad very bad. I will not recommend them to anyone

Terrible experience
Pros:

The place is horrible.I wish I had read the reviews before booking. All the reviews are precise, the place deserves a minus score.

Cons:

The location is dodgy, the receptionist is terrible,she has such a stinking attitude. Funny we got better service from the drunk security guard 🥹. The room had spider webs....I found a cockroach in-between the sheets..mind you this was supposed to be an executive suit..with 1 bathroom towel..

The pool area.

Cons:

The rooms like the sharing of the unit cause they ended up telling us we're making noise but other than that we liked everything. Also the pool wasn't accommodating everyone cause it was too deep.

Avoid at all costs. Not what you see in the advert.

Cons:

Do not let looks and appearance fool you. From arrival to departure was just unpleasant. No security at gate to let you in. Had to phone to reception to open the date. Receptionist was pleasant enough when present. Leaving the premise again was a mission, same problem, U turn at the ghat back to reception to be let out. Dining facility was bare, no staff in attendance. On enquiry after searching for kitchen Staff, I was informed that I meals (Spaghetti Bolognese) had been prepared for another guest in an annex, but the Bolognese was finished. Breakfast was the same, dining facility was bare, nothing prepared or available in the dining room. Not even a cup of coffee could be made. No staff, no one in the kitchen.!!!! Checking out @ 7:30 am nobody at reception, leave the key on the counter and depart, no security at the gate once again to open. So back to reception, non to be found, into the kitchen to find a cook who miraculously, produced a remote to open the security gate. This facility should not be available on Booking.com. clearly is not up to standard.
