Good staff. Not so good breakfast.
Pros:

The staff at the reception was very helpful in showing us where to go for lunch and dinner in town.

Cons:

The basin in the bathroom of my room was stuck. The breakfast is not advisable.

Good value for money.
Pros:

Clean room. Good location. To me, it is very near to the masjid (mosque). It is only 450meter to the Satun Grand Mosque (Mambang Mosque). I walked there in 6min for subuh prayer. The room is clean. I like the wood floor.
