Wonderful place to return to…
Pros:

Stunning location and everything that is needed for a luxurious and relaxed stay. Staff were exceptional and helpful on every occasion. Room in main house beautiful and an absolutely lovely place to spend a few days at the end of the season.

Traumhaftes Finca-Hotel mit viel Komfort und tollem Golfplatz
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Finca-Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten mitten im Landesinnern mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Uns hat der Golfplatz speziell gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite, welche sehr gross und angenehm war. Das Bett war unserer Ansicht nach etwas hart. Das Frühstück war sehr gut (leider etwas Wartezeiten) und das Essen am Abend auch sehr fein. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Das Wellness haben wir nicht benutzt - dieses wird im Nov. 25 renoviert und erweitert, was sicher toll ist.

Cons:

Info - da kann das Hotel nichts dafür: Als Stadt hat uns Manacor nicht so gefallen. Für uns persönlich war die Atmosphäre nicht ganz so stimmig, wir fühlen uns in anderen Orten auf Mallorca wohler und haben unseren Mietwagen geschätzt.

Disappointing to a large extent (food and reception) but very nice room personal.
Pros:

The hotel premises are quite nice, hold house in an overall good state. The maid and cleaning team were extremely nice, taking good care and doing a very good job.

Cons:

The reception desk was quite hopeless, always chatting in the back end of the reception area. We had always to ring to get somebody available. Nobody in the bar area where, even after asking the reception desk for 2 glasses of Cava, it took 25 min be served. After a reminder post 25 min of waiting, the waitress told us that she just had been instructed. The food is average but expensive. Overall, definitely not a 5-stars but more a 3-stars.

Quel endroit magnifique !
Pros:

Le cadre est magique. Le soin apporté au parc est au cadre en général est remarquable.
Le personnel discret mais attentif, la cuisine raffinée et goûteuse ont enchanté notre séjour.

Cons:

Il est regrettable que la clientèle française ne soit pas davantage attendue.
Les traductions sont allemandes ou anglaises mais pas françaises.
Une salle de bain un peu vétuste mais des travaux sont prevus.

Pros:

Everyone at Rotana was incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed for three nights along with our dog and our 7 month old baby. All the staff were so accommodating and the hotel was beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de trois nuits dans cet hôtel magnifique. Le cadre est superbe et le personnel vraiment agréable et attentionné.

Nous étions en famille avec un enfant de 11 ans et, à part la piscine, elle s’est un peu ennuyée. En effet, ce n’est pas vraiment un hôtel familial mais plutôt un hôtel pensé pour les couples, ce que nous savions déjà, donc ce n’est pas une critique mais une précision.

L’entretien de l’hôtel est impeccable. Mon mari a joué au golf et a adoré le parcours, qui est sublime, même si les green mériteraient un petit entretien supplémentaire.

Nous avons toutefois rencontré deux petits points à améliorer :

Le service de nuit (recouche du soir) : le premier soir, tout était parfait avec de délicates attentions, mais cela n’a pas été le cas les deux soirs suivants.

Le deuxième soir, notre climatiseur est tombé en panne. Comme il n’y a pas de service technique disponible la nuit, nous avons dû dormir sans climatisation, mais le problème a été réglé dès le lendemain matin.

Dans l’ensemble, cela reste des détails par rapport à la qualité globale de l’hôtel : nous avons adoré l’expérience et, si nous revenons à Majorque, nous y retournerons sans hésiter et le recommanderons volontiers.
