Pros:

Καθαρό και πολύ καλό για την τιμή του. Το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Συγκεκριμένα ο ρεσεψιονίστ μας βοήθησε πάρα πολύ με την μετακίνηση μας και ήταν διατεθειμένος να μας εξυπηρετήσει ακόμα κι όταν είχε σχολάσει, σε περίπτωση που χρειαστούμε μετάφραση.

Cons:

Ίσως ότι δεν μιλούσαν όλοι αγγλικά στη ρεσεψιόν.

Do not stay here
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Helped with everything and finding car parking (very difficult).

Cons:

The hotel is abandoned from a maintenence perspective. Nothing works, there is mold everywhere, the table was broken, there was a hole in our floor, smells very bad. You should not stay here. We arrived at midnight and had no choice but to stay and sleep. Not clean at all.

Pros:

This hotel is actually pretty nice. The staff was very friendly and the location is great. There was free coffee at the reception. Definitely I will come back.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato due volte in questo hotel. La prima, in una camera doppia budget, dalle dimensioni molto ridotte, la seconda in una stanza tripla. In entrambe le stanze il letto è particolarmente comodo, il bagno adeguato. La stanza budget è consigliata soprattutto per un soggiorno breve, visto che non c'è modo di tenere le proprie cose in ordine. Ho usufruito anche del servizio di lavanderia, al costo di 350TL. L'hotel si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, a pochi minuti a piedi da un parco e dal centro città.

Everything was great
Pros:

Everything was exactly as expected: clean, comfortable, and well located (close to the park, Alsancak or Kemeralti)
The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to assist. Plus, an adorable kitten "working" at the front desk - adding pure Turkish vibe.
Highly recommend this hotel!
