Ich möchte mich bei allen Mitarbeitern persönlich bedanken. Wir sind sehr zufrieden abgereist.

Cons:

Das Parkplatzproblem haben wir mit dem nahegelegenen Parkhaus gelöst. Alles war wirklich sehr schön.

Какое же тёплое место! Очень рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет не просто ночлег, а настоящий уют и заботу.
Мы останавливались здесь дважды: первый раз — перед круизом (23.02.2026), а второй (03.03.2026) — уже после, перед вылетом домой в Россию. И оба раза только самые светлые впечатления. Отель не пафосный, не какой-то роскошный пятизвёздочный дворец, но в нём есть главное — душа. Очень уютно, чисто, по-домашнему. И главное — здесь по-настоящему гостеприимно, чувствуешь себя не просто постояльцем, а желанным и дорогим гостем.
Это тот случай, когда людям не всё равно. Персонал относится с вниманием и пониманием, и это бесценно.
Особая, огромная благодарность администратору Тубе. Лёгкая, искренняя, отзывчивая и очень красивая девушка. Она решала все наши вопросы с такой теплотой, что даже «языковой барьер» перестал существовать - мы понимали друг друга без слов, по улыбке и по глазам. Такие люди создают настоящий уют.
Спасибо вам за ваш труд, за душевность и за то, что в этот отель хочется возвращаться. Если ещё будем в ваших краях — только к вам!

距离火车站和士麦那古城步行约15min，毗邻布尔萨文化公园，去城市博物馆也很近；
24h前台服务，前台服务人员英语好，很友善；
设施齐全。

Cons:

房间面积稍微小了点，一间卫生间+卧室，卧室两侧仅能侧身过人。

Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, insgesamt völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage war gut. Insgesamt habe ich mich wohlgefühlt und würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Mi sono recato a İzmir per una vacanza estiva con i miei cari amici. Ho scelto l’hotel per il prezzo molto conveniente

Nicht zu empfehlen. Zimmer sind eng und Bad ist noch viel enger. Kaum Platz sich zu bewegen.

Lage war gut aber Frühstück gab es keins im Angebot

Cons:

Keine richtige Lobby , während unseren 2 Tägigen Aufenthalt gab es Nachts weder Warmes noch Kaltes Wasser ( was uns vor der Buchung nicht angegeben war) . Erst beim Checkin wurde uns gesagt das es nachts kein warmes Wasser gibt. Aber es hat sich rausgestellt das es weder Warmes noch Kaltes Wasser zur Verfügung stand.

Muy mala experiencia
Cons:

Nuestra habitación en la planta 2 tenía humedades en toda la pared, agujeros en el techo, paredes rotas, las ventanas no cerraban bien y había ruido y frío, y toda la habitación en sí era decadente.
El wc estaba muy sucio hasta el punto que por debajo al subir la tapa donde te apoyas estaba lleno de gotas de pis muy oscuro, ASQUEROSO. Menos mal que solo nos quedamos una noche.
No sé si las habitaciones de la planta 1 están mejor, porque si no, no entiendo los comentarios positivos.
Además, las calles cercanas son oscuras, llenas de basura y parecen conflictivas. Llegamos por la noche y fue muy desagradable.
Terrible calidad/precio. Estuvimos en hoteles por Turquía (incluido Goreme) por menos precio la noche donde incluían desayuno y el hotel era de 10.
