The hotel offered a peaceful and comfortable environment, with friendly and helpful staff. The services met standard hotel expectations. The only issues were that the bathroom fan was not working, and the in-room internet connection was weaker than in the lobby, frequently disconnecting. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and a positive impression of the hotel. If I visit Quetta again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

We stayed there for 2 nights last week. It was an overall good experience with regards to the cleanliness and calm peaceful ambiance of the hotel as soon as you enter the building.
Heater, hot water, room service were all on point 👍
Though it's a bit more expensive than other hotels around but it's worth it.

Everything was magnificent, the room was amazing, heating was excellent and hot water availability was 24/7 when temperatures went below zero!
The cleanliness was amazing and service was superb! Not to name names, but for the money we booked on bookings.com, this was probably many times over the value for money than a certain "more-star" hotel in town, which we had thought was the only place for top business executives to stay.
But boy we were wrong! Grand Hotel was truly Grand in every way!
The breakfast at a restaurant within walking distance - and FREE!! The menu available was sumptuous and really massive in quantity, as well as varied, and so clean -- hygiene in Pakistan is such an issue, and I was so surprised by the level of hygiene everywhere.
Everything was excellent, except the location -- it was impossible for us to even enter the street on which the hotel is located in a car, and there was literally no parking anywhere, so we had to be dropped off on the main road and walk to the hotel.
Unless you were there very early morning or very late night before/after all the shops closed.
Second when you arrive with heavy bags, there either needs to be an elevator or some help at the door. We had to carry our bags to the reception up a flight of stairs. I believe this can be easily addressed indeed.

Location is great, very near to the Food Street but the street is a bit narrow (a busy one way).
