Mọi thứ đều xuất sắc. Cám ơn mọi người rất nhiều, dịch vụ rất tận tâm, chu đáo!

Cons:

Có 2 vấn đề nhỏ mà khách sạn có thể lưu ý để mang lại dịch vụ tốt hơn: 1 là vách tường có phần hơi bẩn, 2 là tiếng máy tủ lạnh kêu to quá, phải rút nguồn mới ngủ được.

Totale Enttäuschung, Unverdtändnis für die guten Bewertungen.

Nettes Personal und wir konnten unsere Koffer nach Check Out im Hotel lassen

Cons:

Im Badezimmer haben die Abflüsse mehr als nur unangenehm gerochen. Als wir angereist sind roch es als hätte jemand im Badezimmer geraucht. Außerdem Schimmelbildung in der Dusche.
Die Bettlaken hatten Brandlöcher und die Mattratze war alles andere als bequem.
Der Höhepunkt: im Essen am Frühstücksbüffet waren lebende Insekten, einfach unakzeptabel.
Im Zimmer war eine große Glasscheibe sodass es immer hell wurde sobald jemand im Gang lief. Außerdem ist das Hotel hellhörig, man wacht mit dem Wecker der Nachbarn auf.
Die Tür ins Badezimmer ist eine Glas-/Milchglastür mit Spalt an der Seite, lässt sich also nicht schließen.

Для Ханоя добре співвідношення ціни та якості. Просторі номера. Гарний сніданок, багато страв та фруктів.
Привітний персонал. Wi-Fi працює добре.

Cons:

Між туалетом та кімнатою скляні двері без шумоізоляціі.

Really nice hotel outside of the Old Hanoi.
Pros:

Really nice hotel...nice rooms, clean and good place to stay with restaurants all around you. The view from the balcony was also really nice. The internet and tv worked really well. The breakfast selection were really good. I was very impressed.

Cons:

A bit difficult to find even with maps.
