The name of the hotel was something other than the name in Booking. Com.
It was just a room, with 2 beds and two dirty mattresses. And that's all.
Toilet was dirty and with no light.
Check in was done at 17:00.
No one was there as hotel personnel. Except janitor who worded between 14-18.

The contact number of the hotel was always out of reach.

I even reported it to Booking.com, but they said "You're wrong!"

Katastrophe

Nigdy wiecej, nie polecam tego miejsca nikomu. Brak swiatła w lazience, brak ciepłej wody, brak czystej poscieli, okna ktore sie nie zamykaja Nie ma w tym miejscu nic na plus. Naprawde korzystam z aplikacji Booking od dawna i nigdy nie trafiłem w takie miejsce. Tragedia

De hotel eigennaar reageert niet via het platform. Via wattsapp, maar het duurt wel even voor ze reageren.
Bij aankomst annuleert de hotel eigennaar de reservering van het hotel.
Bij aankomst zie je ook niemand. en het gebouw is helemaal verlaten en ziet eruit muren vies en vuil.

Wir wurden abgezogen der meinte das unser Hotel storniert wurde und wir ihm Bargeld geben sollen darauf hin kam dann die Polizei das Hotel war beschmutzt da war Schimmel an der Decke da war kein Personal außer der Mann der nur kurz da ist manchmal keine Rezeption WhatsApp chatting kein Strom kein wlan nichts wir konnten keine ganze Nacht da verbringen es war die Hölle

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer im Voraus gebucht und bezahlt. Dem Hotel hatte ich unsere Ankunftszeit - 2.5. 16 Uhr ebenfalls im Voraus mitgeteilt. Wir waren um 15.50 Uhr dort. Die Rezeption war unbesetzt, niemand ging ans Telefon, es gab auch keinen Pincode oder Ähnliches. Nach einer Stunde Warten habe ich storniert und musste ein doppelt so teures Ersatzhotel buchen. Dergleichen habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich erwarte die Rückerstattung der vorgeleisteten Kosten. Sie sollten überdenken, ob Sie mit diesem Hotel künftig weiter zusammenarbeiten wollen.

Nos tomaron, jamás pudimos entrar en la habitación. El sitio parecía abandonado JAMÁS RESERVÉIS AQUÍ. Nos dejaron tirados tanto el alojamiento como booking. Ambos son vergonzosos. No seáis como yo que quise darle una oportunidad, esta es la realidad del sitio:

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος του ξενοδοχείου και ο διάδρομος έχουν μια πολύ έντονη κακή μυρωδιά. Στην κράτηση ειμασταν 3 άτομα. Την στιγμη που μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο παρατηρήσαμε ρωγμές, βρωμιές και λεκέδες στους τοίχους του δωματίου. Το πάτωμα του δωμάτιο και του μπάνιου ήταν γεμάτα στην σκόνη,και στις γωνίες υπήρχαν μέχρι και ιστοί αραχνών. Το έπιπλο που υπήρχε πάνω από το κρεβάτι είχε ψίχουλα και βρωμιές απο προηγούμενους επισκέπτες. Οταν μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε μόνο μια πετσέτα ,ενώ ήμασταν 3 ατομα στην κράτηση.Για να πάρουμε τις άλλες 2 πετσέτες πέρασε παραπάνω από μια μέρα , έπειτα από δική μας πίεση. Στο μπάνιο η πίεση του ντουζ ειναι ανύπαρκτη. Μάλιστα στην πίσω πλευρά του ξενοδοχείου παρατηρήσαμε αρκετούς αρουραίους να πηγαινοερχονται στον αυλή. Σε γενικές γραμμές οι εικόνες με την πραγματικότητα δεν έχουν κανένα κοινό. Αποφύγετε αυτο το μέρος για τις διακοπές σας!

We would like to file a serious complaint regarding the hotel we booked. The property was not suitable for staying at all.

There were no clean bed sheets or linens in the room. The bathroom and toilet were extremely dirty, and the hygiene conditions were unacceptable. Despite repeatedly asking the staff to clean, no action was taken.

Additionally, there was no heating system, making it impossible to stay in the room. Due to these issues, we had to leave the hotel.

We also contacted through the platform several times but received no response. We have photos and videos proving the poor and unsanitary conditions.

For these reasons, we request a full refund of our payment.
