Pleasant stay from start to end.
Pros:

The full experience from start to finish was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable also. We had hot water and all the facilities were in working order.

The breakfast was very nice and all the food available was of very high quality.

I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are visiting Murree and a special mention to Mohammed Bilal and Mr Ali for their brilliant customer service and professionalism.

Pros:

Great Stay, excellent view, good facilities, the rooftop was also great.

Cons:

It was very tough to reach the hotel. There are no clear direction and hotel staff was also not very clear.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Flatties Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail really stood out and made my stay incredibly comfortable.
The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the variety and quality were impressive.
The service throughout my stay was exceptional. The receptionist staff Dilawar was always polite, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. It’s clear that they take great pride in ensuring guests have the best possible experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay with great food, amazing service, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning!
