Im Prinzip gut, aber ....

Großes Zimmer. Gute Beleuchtung. Komfortables Bett.

Cons:

An lokalen Preisen gemessen teuer.
Zimmer im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug. Innenjalousien, die kaum Wärmeschutz bieten: Die Klimaanlage kam dagegen nicht an.Das Frühstück gibt es 400 m entfernt in einem Café, es ist eher spärlich. Parkplatz auf der Straße vor der Tür, wenn man Glück hat, aber völlig ungeschützt. Die Magnetkarten fielen mehrmals aus und mussten neu programmiert werden - jedesmal 3 Stockwerke runter zur Rezeption und wieder rauf. Der sehr geringe Wasserdruck beeinträchtigt das Duschen.

Great stay in a cozy, centrally located hotel
Pros:

It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel during our short trip to Gyumri. Located in the central part of the city, it is at the same time sheltered from noise, as its windows face a small street. All the staff we met were very hospitable and helpful throughout our stay.

Our room was on the top (fourth) floor, and there are only two rooms on each level, which makes the place quiet and cozy. The room looked exactly as it did in the photos, and we have no complaints at all - the cleanliness, design, the place itself and comfort were exactly as we expected at the level of boutique hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. It was a bit inconvenient that it’s served in a nearby café - you have to leave the hotel and walk for about 5-7 minutes to get there. When it’s pouring rain, as it was in our case, that’s not very appealing, so we decided to skip it, even though we had originally planned to include it. It might be nice if the hotel offered some kind of snack option downstairs for guests who, for whatever reason, can’t make it to the café.

Also, keep in mind that there’s no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs. It’s not a big issue - just something to be aware of.

Тихий центр города, магазины, рынок, музеи рядом, вход с фасада здания, улица ночью освещена..Жили в семейном номере на втором этаже. Две комнаты, в спальне две односпальные кровати, в гостиной двуспальная кровать и диван. На диване при желании может спать ребёнок или человек роста до 160 см. Ремонт в номере и отеле почти свежий, убирают чисто, приходят на помощь если что-то нужно. Нам принесли дополнительные полотенца, постельное белье, воду и даже простые лекарства по нашей просьбе. В номере есть электрический чайник, микроволновка, холодильник. Завтраки были включены, но ходить нужно 5 минут пешком по улице в другой дом, в кафе. Завтраки только двух видов. Один- омлет, салатик, хлеб, варенье, другой- варёные яйца, сыр, масло, хлеб, варенье. Если у вас диета, то можно договориться готовить самим на их электрической плите в подвале, что мы и делали. Яндекс доставка из местных супермаркетов работает через приложение яндекс go, можно привязать российскую рублевую карту и оплачивать с неё.

Cons:

Администратор порекомендовала по нашей просьбе хинкальную. Я очень просила проверенное место, говорила, что боимся отравиться. О цене вопрос не стоял вообще, мы хотели вкусно и безопасно поесть. Поели по её рекомендации. Не делайте так как мы, выбирайте сами ресторан, по высокому рейтингу и многочисленным отзывам, внимательно их читая. Потому что мы отравились или заразились чем-то там, увы. Через несколько часов после посещения этой хинкальной ночью у семьи началась рвота, диарея, высокая температура. И мы валялись несколько дней в этом отеле. Это сбило многие планы по работе и вылилось в крупные расходы.

The room setup and it was very clean . The staff at my check in were friendly .

Cons:

There is no lift , so if you have heavy luaggage you will need to carry it through the stairs .
If you booked your room with breakfast . You will be talled to go for a breakfast at local cafe about 4 minutes away .
If you would like to go out of the building before 8 in the morning for a run , you will fined the main door lucked and you have to call somebody to open the door

The Most beautiful, modern room in Armenia
Pros:

Really liked the staff. Welcoming, kind, very good in speaking English. Parking in front of the hotel. Very modern design. The best light a room have had in Armenia. It’s s beautiful room, bathroom is amazing. Floor heating everywhere. A nice bed. Good breakfast available. Everything was within walking distance.

Cons:

It might just be us, who couldn’t see how, but it’s was so hot in the room due to the floor heating.
