Pros:

The facilities were adequate and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The check in procedure was too lengthy and required much too much information. The customer service was very bad. We stayed in this room at the beginning of the trip and declinned to stay at the end- even with the room being prepaid. When we went out for breakfast we could not get back into the hotel through the front door. I texted with customer service. They were very unresponsive and we finally got back in after an hour when another guest was leaving. I will not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

The place was quiet morning and night. The room has everything we needed, from refrigerator to electric stove. They even provided free toothbrush and toothpaste (properly sealed). Check-out process was simple and easy.

Cons:

The location is a bit of walk if you plan to walk in the winter. There is a lot of snow in most of Hokkaido. The check-in process is also different, so best to be more prepared (read all the instruction and screenshot them for reference) and have your translation app ready (language downloaded, in case you have any wifi issues).

電子鎖的房門雖然安全，但是使用上有些不習慣，甚至造成門鎖警報響的狀況
Pros:

有微波爐可以方便的加熱食物

Cons:

入住時無法進入大門，後來剛好有人在1樓幫我們開門，辦理入住時花了很長的時間才完成，希望能有更清楚的說明，讓入住的人能夠了解狀況。謝謝。

良かったです！
Pros:

広くて快適でした。
アパートメントタイプの宿泊施設を初めて利用しましたが、思っていた以上でした。
洗剤やシャンプーなど持参したが、ほぼ使いたいと思っていたものが備えられていてビックリしました。大変良かったです。

Cons:

お風呂のお湯、シャワーのお湯に制限があるのは知らず…
予め知っておきたかったです。

かなりくつろげました！
Pros:

家のようでかなりくつろげた。

Cons:

テレビがもう少し大きかったらよかったかも。
エアコンからずっと「ポコポコ」という音がしていて、とても気になりました。テレビを見ていても気が散り、寝付くまでも時間がかかりました。

快適
Pros:

コンビニが隣にあって便利だった。
部屋は広々していて快適だった。
クッションがもう少し上質だと良かった。

Cons:

チェックイン時にスタッフの話し声が小さすぎて全然聞こえなかった。
チェックインコードを探したけど、うまくみつけられなかった。

Practical, good value for money and close to CTS airport
Pros:

We needed a place close to New Chitose airport to avoid driving very early in the morning from Sapporo (it takes around 45min to get there and our flight was at 10am). The room was very close from the airport and had everything needed (convenience stores, restaurant, gas station) by walking distance. The place itself was also very comfortable and was furnished properly for short to long stay.

Cons:

Check-in can be a bit confusing, especially to enter inside the building. However, if you read carefully the email and the information provided it is not rocket science nor a big deal. Another thing to note is the lack of free parking spots around the place, so be ready to have some coins to use one of the many paid parking lots around.

Comfy and Nice stay
Pros:

The room of apartment is very spacious. Clean and well maintain. The bed are comfy and can sleep well.
Location of the apartment is a little bit far from the train station, but overall is good.

Cons:

The room not sound proof and noise can be heard from neighbor and upstairs people/guess. A bit walking distance from train station to the apartment. Restaurant to take meal also walikg distance too.
