Отличный отель, если Вы хотите про живать за городом не далеко от Стамбула или аэропорта Стамбула
Pros:

Мы семья ( 2 взрослых и 2 ребенка) проживали в отеле одну ночь, у нас была стыковка в аэропорту Стамбула. После заселения в отель у нас был замечательный ужин в ресторане отеля, нам очень понравилось. Персонал отеля очень внимательный и доброжелательный, часть ребят разговаривает на английском языке, часть - на русском. Завтрак в отеле нам очень понравился - традиционный Turkish breakfast. Отель расположен в селении Karaburun не далеко от берега Черного моря. Расстояние до аэропорта Стамбула IST - 20 мин на автомобиле.

Cons:

Шум самолетов - но это конечно следствие близости к аэропорту.

Una opción para estar a 25 minutos del aeropuerto y no salir del hotel
Pros:

El alojamiento en sí está bien. Las habitaciones son grandes, es cómodo. Y el desayuno está bien. Tiene una buena piscina

Cons:

No está tan cerca del aeropuerto, y la zona en la que está es muy desangelada cerca de una playa en la que no hay nada tampoco. Por lo tanto, solo me quedaría si es exclusivamente para estar en un Hotel

Pros:

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff, beautiful grounds, and great food. They even helped clean a tea stain from my T-shirt!

Cons:

The only downside was the taxi driver at the airport, who asked for more money than the agreed price at reception. A bit unpleasant and stressful, but overall the hotel itself was excellent.

Perfect stay - Absolutely wonderful place!
Pros:

Absolutely perfect stay! It is not my first time I stay in this beautiful hotel.
If you are looking for a lovely place where you can relax this is the one.
The location is in a quite place, you have very nice and comfortable rooms, also very clean.
The host is very welcoming and you feel like home.
Very nice breakfast beside the lovely pool.
Just 15 minutes drive from Istanbul airport.

Quirky stay with great breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is in a village and it's quiet. The bed was the softest I've ever slept in while travelling and was very comfortable. The AC was blasting cool so the room could stay at whatever temperature I wanted. The staff was very amiable. The pool was perfect for a swim after a long flight. Breakfast was excellent. Right outside my room there were some apple trees. This was really cute.

Cons:

When I landed after a 12 hour flight I found on my phone a message from the hotel asking me to cancel my reservation with them and book another hotel. I wrote back that I'm not going to do that and I went to the hotel. When I arrived the receptionist told me they will transfer me to a partner hotel. I told them I prefer to stay there because I usually do a lot of research abotu my hotels and I chose this based on my research. They talked and talked at the reception and finally they said ok you can stay here. My room was at the back if the hotel on the basement level, and it coudl be reached by walking around the hotel on uneven path that crossed a side entrance. I didn't appreciate at all that they wanted to make me go elsewhere. The location of the room was bizarre. Outside the room there was a table with a dirty towel on it and a rickety chair. I suspect it wasn't for visitors because the next day there were some random towels thrown on it. The door wasn't locking well. It took me some experimenting to figure out how to lock. Even one of the staff at the hotel didn't know how to unlock the door when he went there to get my bag.
The hotel was a fair distance away from the beach and I made an attempt to go but there were some mean dogs in the village so I returned. These dogs were obviously not anything the hotel can control. I'm just writing what was unpleasant for me.
There were some yellow stains on one of the towels.

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in
Pros:

The breakfast was quite alright, however some things where considered « extra » like capucino instead of regular coffee. It was also served by incredibly rude staff.

Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise avoiding Treekos Suite Hotel near Istanbul Airport.
• Dishonest staff: Photos that don’t match the rooms, shady explanaitions, charges suddenly appeared on the bill that were never explained.
• Unprofessional service: We were a group of 5 travelers, but the hotel only prepared 4 beds and completely ignored the fifth person. We had to change rooms twice before being given something vaguely acceptable — and not a single apology was offered.
• Poor cleanliness: The rooms stank and felt neglected, far from the photos advertised online.
• Zero care for guests: The staff were dismissive, rude and made no effort to resolve problems properly.

The only positive is its proximity to the airport, but that is not worth the frustration, discomfort, and dishonesty we experienced. I would never return and cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances.
