Pros:

Chambre propre, personnel sympa et disponible, à une dizaine de minutes de la station Métro qui mène à l'aéroport "Kagithane" M11 et le métro 7. Pratique si vous avez un vol tôt le matin

Cons:

Mauvaise connexion internet, voire indisponible.
Il manque un frigo dans la chambre'
La chasse d'eau aux sanitaires était cassée et ils ont pas pris la peine de la réparer ou de proposer une nouvelle chambre.

Местоположение отличное! Рядом есть парк, погулять и метро.
Хорошие девочки на ресепшен.

Cons:

Оставалась на одну ночь, с ребенком, тк была большая пересадка. Хотела погулять по городу, тк в Стамбуле только пересадками, а тут 27 часов на это есть. Номер 102 на 2 этаже. Когда мы заселились (15.00-16.00) то все номера на этаже были открыты, следовательно их помыли и подготавливали к заезду. Наш пол был абсолютно мокрый. Мой ребенок тут же подскользнулся на нем. Запах в номере был отчетлив, но тк окна были открыты, я подумала, что тянет с улицы. Мы оставили вещи и пошли искать место обеда. Рядом ничего не нашли. Поехали в центр искать там. Приехали обратно и я нашла 10000 причин, чтобы написать тут негативный отзыв. Начнем со входа. Пол так и не высох. Запах остался. Весь диван прожжен сигаретами. Шкаф без ручек. Душевая комната-отдельный кошмар. Кабина без одной двери, вторая сломана. Гель и шампунь вам не дадут. Там, видимо, берут пустые баночки и разбавляют мыло с водой. Везде ржавчина. Туалетный ободок покосился, грязный, еле открывается и закрывается сверху. Из крана раковины все брызжет, мыла тоже нет. В раковине валялись чьи-то волосы и еще что. Противно-невозможно.

не рекомендую, всё сильно прокуренно.
Pros:

расположение около метро ветки в аэропорт

Cons:

прокуренный напрочь номер, все номера. была возможность посмотреть. пропаленный сигаретами диван, кровать с дико шатающейся приголовной спинкой. в душ. кабинке не поместиться и всё кривое, дверцы не закрываются.
если кто-то хочет провести ночь с ощущениями притона, то пожалуйста.

Great location for airport metro. Reasonably priced budget hotel. No breakfast.
Pros:

Good location for metro directly to and from airport on M11 metro. Walkable from metro. There is also another metro station in Kagithhane which takes you to the centre of Istanbul and connects to other metro lines and all main tourist locations, tram system etc. Reasonable price budget hotel not luxury but was fine for a few nights.

Cons:

No breakfast provided but plenty of local cafes just a short walk away or on way to metro.

Pros:

I won't say it's cheap road-motel dirty, but it was far from clean. Stains on sheets, nice balcony with a view, but dirt everywhere (on the floor, on the walls), there were lamp on the balcony - but why?
I'd say you get what you pay for, I probably overpaid a bit.

Location close to Kagithane metro station for direct train to Istanbul airport

No breakfast provided, although there are local restaurants and cafes but less convenient to go out in the morning and more expense.

Pros:

The location is good for someone wanting to get fast from IST airport to the hotel (10 minutes from the Kagıthane metro station, currently the last stop of the M11). The staff was helpful and nice, even if their English was not good enough. 24-hours reception.

Cons:

First they gave us a room stinking of cigarette smoke and with a window covered by a plywood plate, so impossible to open (no natural light, too). When we asked for another room, the staff quickly gave us a new one. However, the new room was also stinking of cigarette smoke and even if we kept the window open for 3 days, the smell was always there.
Another bad point was the cleanness - not good at all.

Pros:

The location only

Cons:

The hotel is in very bad condition and needs refurbishment urgently. I asked the room at the end of the corridor which is supposed to be the quieter, I still had noise as most of the rooms face the busy street at the front. Moreover there was no internet connection at all in my room and the roof of the room was leaking a bit of water for some reason.
Old bathroom shower and toilet that seemed to be dirty. Also there was a hole on the wall of the bathroom for air so insects from outside could easily come in. I returned a dirty towel.
The staff was nice tho but overall it’s an uncomfortable hotel with questionable hygiene even if you spend one night.

Too dirty and overpriced
Pros:

Location - it’s close to AirPort Express, staff was friendly but didn’t speak english

Cons:

It’s too overpriced for the level of this hotel, room was extremely dirty and there was no blanket, only something more like a huge dirty towel both for bed covering and sleeping
