レストランのスタッフがフレンドリーで気配りも良く素晴しい。料理もおいしく、朝食も満足しました。雰囲気やメニューも素晴しい。

フロントで、朝食料金を支払いましたが、翌朝レストランのレセプションには、その連絡がされてなくて困りました。タクシーを予約しようと頼みましたが、24時間目の前に止まっています。とのこと。翌朝、タクシーに頼んだら断られました。近すぎる、3時間待っている、とのことです。ホテルは、このような現状を予め知っておく必要があります。フロントは、初めてゲストがエンカウンターするポイントなので、サービスの品質が、ここで決まると言っても過言ではありません。

Pros:

Schönes Doppelzimmer mit grosser Dusche im obersten Stock mit Blick auf Kirchentürme und Baukräne. Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet. Pool um einige Grade zu kalt, schade. Trotzdem Daumen nach oben, vor allem wenn man gleich neben dem Hauptbahnhof sein möchte mit Anschluss zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Excellent hotel but shameful miserly attitude of not providing a football chanel to watch World Cup football
Pros:

Very good location. Spacious and comfortable rooms and beds. Polite and professional reception staff

Cons:

House keeping never replenishes the coffee and milk sachets.
A hotel of this stature and of Marriott group is miser in not providing in-room TV channels to watch World Cup football.
We stayed in Radison group hotel in Nuremberg and they provided the facility to watch World Cup football in the room.
It’s surprising that a hotel of stature like Le Meridian would be so miser in not subscribing to a football chanel during the World Cup time for its clients.
Had it been a 2 or 3 star lower grade hotel, I can understand but not with a hotel of stature of Le Meridian.
That’s utter miserly attitude.

Plus you can’t watch World Cup football in the bar after midnight, but even there they were itching to close up well before midnight.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die zentrale Lage war fantastisch. Zugang zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in nur wenigen Gehminuten.

Es gab im Zimmer nur 2 steckdosen
Stehlampe konnte nicht angeschlossen werden und auch an der anderen Bett seite war garkeine Steckdose. Es gab auch nur ein kleines Licht im ganzen Zimmer
