Das Hotel scheint deshalb attraktiv zu sein, weil es in Bahnhofsnähe liegt und dem Namen nach eigentlich allen Comfort und die Ausstattung eines ordentlichen Hotels haben sollte... aber...

Cons:

Die Ankunft in der Bahnhofshalle wird dem Namen einer Lobby nicht gerecht. Alles viel zu eng. An den Aufzügen wirres Werbegefumsel an der Aufzugstür. Im Zimmer dann Plastikboden - wahrscheinlich einfach zu reinigen, aber nicht besser als in der 2*-Bude. Klima auf 16° C irgendwie fehllaufend. Dusch-Armatur defekt, Duschkopf spritzt irgendwo hin. Im lieblosen Spa im Keller wieder die Duscharmatur defekt, Güllegeruch in den Sanitäranlagen. Eine (!) Sauna - die aber nur finnisch. Kein Dampfbad. Pool so lala. Hotpot Fehlanzeige. Und das für einen mittleren Dreisteller. No Way.

Uns gefiel nicht, dass wir erst ab 17 Uhr einchecken konnten, da die Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt waren. Vorab angegeben war, dass der Check-In ab 15 Uhr möglich sei.

Uns gefiel nicht, dass für 5 Personen extra 3 identische Doppelzimmer für den selben Preis zu je 641 € gebucht wurden (3 Nächte, 23 m²) und vor Ort 2 Personen in ein kleineres 18 m2 gesteckt wurden, da sie 3 Stunden später anreisten als die anderen 3 Personen. Wir hatten das ca. 3 Stunden spätere Eintreffen der 2 Personen bereits mündlich an der Rezeptiin angekündigt.

Die 3 identischen 23 m2 Zimmer mit Kingsizebed wurden BEWUSST für den höherwn Prwis von 641 € gebucht, damit alle Zimmer gleich waren. Wenn wir das kleinerw 18m2 Zimmer gewollt hätten, hättwn wir es gleich bei Buchung zu einem günstigeren Preis buchen können!!!

Es ist daher eine Unverschämtheit des Hotels, die Gäste, die den höheren Preis für das 23 m2 Zimmer zahlten, einfach in das kleinere Zimmer zu stecken, OHNE einen finanziellen Ausgleich zu erstatten. Wie gesagt... das kleinere Zimmer hätte online bei Buchung für weniger Geld gebucht werden können...

Es wurde sofort mündlich, direkt nach der Zimmerzuteilung an der Rezeption reklamiert jedoch so abgetan, als sei es das Zimmer für die Einhelperson gewesen. Dies wäre jedoch auch nicht gerecht, da die Einzelperson extra das 23m2 Zimmer zu 641 € buchte und auch keinen finanziellen Ausgleich erhielt.

Die Freundlichkeit der Dame am Eingang des Frühstücksraums lässt auch sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Leider lassen sich die Fenster in den Zimmern nur einen kleinen Spalt öffnen, da sie gesichert sind.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Marienplatz'a 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Oda temiz ve ferahtı. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Otelin içerisindeki İrmi restoranın yemekleri başarılıydır.
