Clean, lovely breakfast but small room and poor location given beggars.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely with a great selection of foods and friendly and helpful staff.

Everywhere in the hotel was clean and the sound proofing was good.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected. I had to request robes as not in the room. The body wash was empty on arrival and this was not refilled when the room was serviced. Had to ask for it to be refilled.
We were accosted by beggars when leaving the hotel which was not comfortable and felt disappointed with the location.

Best Hotel I have stayed in Munich.
Pros:

Clean and tidy. Superb rooms. Best breakfast options I have had to choose from.

Für das Geld gibt es viel bessere Hotels in München.
Pros:

Das Frühstück und das dortige Personal.

Cons:

Der sonstige Service. Defekte Zimmerausstattung. Ein Pool, der ohne Ankündigung während des Aufenthaltes geschlossen war. Wenig freundliches Personal außerhalb des Restaurants. Alles sehr mittelmäßig eben. Nichts, was den Gast wirklich willkommen heißt. Alle machen Dienst nach Vorschrift, trifft es wohl am allerbesten.

Spacious fresh design, specious modern rooms; nice touch with the birthday cake

Cons:

Housekeeping, they didn’t show up once in time to clean the room, only late in the afternoon a guy without any equipment rang the doorbell and asked if we needed our room tb cleaned. Location was below average

Pros:

The hotel had an excellent location. We had very easy access to everything — the main central metro station, local city metro, public transportation, and buses were all very close by. The breakfast was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a suite, and it was very comfortable, clean, and well-designed. Overall, we had a really great experience. The hotel was very affordable for the quality it offers, and we were truly satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ευγενικό προσωπικό, ωραίο πρωινό.

Cons:

Κρύα πισίνα, οι Γερμανοί κυκλοφορούσαν γυμνοί στο χώρο της σάουνας αλλά κ της πισίνας. Δεν είχε smart tv κάτι που θεωρώ απαράδεκτο το 2026!

有任何需求致电前台，前台都可以非常快回复，并且给予帮助，及时解决问题。这点非常好。饭店地理位置就在火车站对面。步行去火车站非常非常方便，由于我们拿了好多行李，要搭火车是非常不错的选择。

Cons:

卫生清洁情况堪忧，地板上有很多渣渣，桌子上有灰尘，反正不能细看，到处都是脏脏的。洗手间的花洒是坏的，无法固定在高处，花洒头是会漏水的，因此出水是沥沥拉拉的。
