Do better to see if your staff is actually doing there job!
Pros:

The location was a good area

Cons:

House keeper need to be trained better . I felt like the sheets weren’t changed. There floors needed better cleaning satins everywhere. Pills found on the bathroom floor . Sock behind the entrainment stand . Nothing stocked or reset in the kitchen area . The entire time it smelled like Old nasty cigarettes in the hallways. It wasn’t stated prior to booking that the pool wasn’t open for use . Nothing wasn’t mentioned at the time of check in also .

Bad experience will never stay again

They never informed me the pool wasn’t open yet even when I ask what time does the pool close and she said 10 we asked for a refund and to check us out and she was so rude! We had just checked in 25 minutes before

Pros:

Extremely clean rooms. The rooms were spacious and had everything from a full size refrigerator with ice maker, a stove, and even a washer/dryer combo in the room. It was extremely quiet and close to anything you needed

Front desk lady was slow, confused, very uncertain of her job. She was very uncomfortable with the computer. I thought I saw the manager leave while there was a line of about 5 customers waiting and waiting for service. The manager just smiled and walked out instead of helping this poor girl.
There wasn’t any regular coffee and the refrigerators appeared quite empty.

Friendly staff, great brand, quiet room.
Pros:

Tyler, Janet, and Alicia were absolutely fabulous. It's nice coming to a property where the staff knows how the hospitality industry is supposed to work.

Cons:

Honestly, the coffee machine is slow as hell. But if that's my only issue on a 14 night stay, I'm golden!
