The toilet issue put a big dent in our stay from the start.
Pros:

It was a nice room altogether. The hotel smells nice and clean.

Cons:

Toilet was clogged and took awhile for anyone to do anything. They send you a text when you get there for assistance if needed. I tried that and got no response. Had to call to the front desk and then go down there to get a plunger. My 71yo father ended up plunging the toilet.

Pros:

Washer and dryer in the room.

Cons:

Staff almost never at the front desk because they have many assignments. I paid extra to get into room earlier than 3pm.. but it didn’t happen.. staff stated because it’s processed by AI and they didn’t get the message… I had to ask 3 different times to get my money back.. I got the refund 2 weeks later.
