自行處理疑似被詐騙的過程2個多小時到晚上22:30，非常累、非常糟糕的經歷！
Cons:

1.20:00員工告知我們已經無法check in,還一直表示不會說英語，在旁邊燒著大火要我們趕快離開（系統顯示入住時間是22:00）
2.我們請住8號房的房客夫妻幫忙翻譯馬來文，員工表示全部都沒有房間了，無法讓我們入住。但他們也看到我們book的訂單，也看到已刷信用卡支付比他們更多的住宿費，好心的幫忙溝通。
3.好心的9號房客繼續幫忙打電話給屋主，屋主表示原預定的10號房（有大露台房）已經沒有了，要入住的話只能是9號房間（後來10號房客人回來，才知道原來是老闆已經用更高價格120馬幣現金售出給他們。）
4.屋主表示會有Agoda 的代表，用what’s app私下加聯絡，協助處理重複出售同一房間的問題，要我們決定自行取消。
5.這位代表manager很快加入聯繫，在what’s app上請我提供「個人銀行帳戶」，表示如果不住沒有大露台的9號房，也不能退款。
6.溝通到22:05，老闆娘決定退費給我們，和Agency一起要求我們給予「個人銀行帳戶」，說會辦理退款到這帳戶，但是因為Agoda目前已休息，隔天早上就會退款匯進帳戶。

Generally good but could be better
Pros:

The privacy among the neighbors was good. Good view. Close walk to the coast line and sandy beach.

Cons:

Quite pricey compare to our neighbor country with the room size, surrounding and facilities. Quite some outdoor space were soaky with saturated rain water.

The best chalet in Melaka. Murah. Tmpat pun quite privacy for us. Nak mandi pantai tak ramai org sgt. Rasa mcm private beach hahah. Staff sangat2 friendly dan membantu. peramah dgn guests. Memudahkan urusan guests. Will repeat next time! Sangat recommended!
