Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Aurika, Mumbai. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the gourmet food was excellent, and the hospitality was outstanding. The staff were warm, polite, and always helpful.
A special thanks to Anshu for her exceptional support and kindness throughout our stay. She truly made our experience even more memorable.

A comfortable and pleasant stay supported by a caring team that was willing to listen and improve the guest experience.
Pros:

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with well maintained rooms, excellent cleanliness, and a convenient location near the airport. The staff was courteous, responsive, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. I especially appreciated the prompt assistance provided by the management team and their willingness to address concerns professionally.

Cons:

There were a few minor housekeeping and room presentation issues during my stay, including a damaged bedsheet and certain decorative elements in the room that did not create a particularly warm or relaxing atmosphere. However, the hotel staff responded positively when these concerns were brought to their attention.
