Found the hotel clean. The room, corridors, and other common areas were spacious.
Had difficulty getting sleep as there was noise coming through from the room above - all night, something seemed to be moved around as there was a lot of scraping noise, and I could hear each time the toilets were being used. That aside, I found the breakfast quality and options very underwhelming, with a lot of room for improvement, especially given the classification of the property and its location. Staff should definitely be more supportive and warm in their engagements.
Der Pool und die Betten. Und es war so gut isoliert. Richtig leise. Fruhstuck und westliches essen war auch sehr lecker!!
Excellent service, good breakfast choice
Nothing to complain
Good rooms. Nice tidy place
No atms nearby
Title: My Go-To Hotel in Mumbai ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I always love staying at Aurika whenever I’m in Mumbai. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the service is always excellent. What really makes the stay special is the friendliness of the staff.
A special thank you to Amar and Amit for always helping me and making sure everything I need is taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism make every visit even more enjoyable.
This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Mumbai, and I always look forward to coming back!
The swimming pool was good, but no pool bar which isn’t ideal. The bar is nice but they were hosting too many things at once so one of the evenings, my wife and I could not even go into the bar and it stank of food. The cleaners were very quick and good. Room service food and expediency was good. Location good but on a main road so you can hear and smell everything especially at the pool. The staff were friendly for the most part, especially Sonam at reception, she’s amazing
The biggest downside was that we were mis-sold ‘all inclusive’ - to be clear, which the website and booking.com isn’t, at this hotel all inclusive just mean access to the buffet for food only at breakfast lunch and dinner. It does not mean drinks included, both soft or alcohol, even at the buffet which is crazy. When I raised this on my second day I was told by the staff that there was no refund they could give because I booked via booking.com so I have to complain to them. Very let down, but I was told that this is common in India for ‘all inclusive’ to basically be a lie. Other things are that the food itself is not the best options wise, very Indian orientated which is a shame when so many foreigners stay here, and it’s also very spicy which doesn’t leave much option for babies and my one year old struggled. Other negatives are the cost of laundry, ludicrous. Try and find a local cleaners and get your clothes washed there for a fraction of the cost. I did not like the staff in the Restaraunt who did not pay attention the way they should have and would spend time gathering around and quite clearly talking about people, myself included.
Staff was very helpful. The spa is awesome and a great value.

DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU! THEY CHARGE HIGHER TAX AND ADDITIONAL COST, MORE THEN OTHER 5 STAR HOTELS!!
Very overpriced, low value for money. Arrogant staff, laughing behind other customers back on checking.the food is more expensive then other 5 stars and little food for ridiculous amount, have to pay on delivery for inroomdinning, staff never came back for change, I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN!!
