Peaceful and Comfortable stay
Pros:

This is the second time my parents stayed in Aurika. It was a pleasant stay for them. The staff was very helpful to them, and everything was quite comfortable for an elderly couple. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great Location, lousy service staff!
Pros:

Location & Room Size are the only plusses. Its better/newer/cleaner than the lalit nearby, but not that much better in terms of service or cleanliness

Cons:

We checked in around 10pm, but they still took 30-40 mins to give us the rooms. I asked for 2 rooms next to each other but they couldn't give this. We had to walk back and forth in the maze like corridors to coordinate between the rooms.
The staff are very slow and don't have the basic intelligence to understand our requirements.
The room size was adequate but all rooms smelled of the sewer.
We specifically asked the restaurant to give us any food that would arrive the quickest at 11pm because we were hungry after a long trip. The staff said we can make anything quickly for you. We ordered kichdi and it arrived 30 mins later. Completely unacceptable. They couldn't even bring juices/soda fast. There was 0 coordination between the wait staff and their machine had trouble accepting GPay! After trying to solve it for 15 mins, we ended paying to one of the wait staffs personal number on GPay! This was at 12:15am when all we wanted to do was go to bed and sleep!

In whole the stay was excellent.
Pros:

Excellent hotel to stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very delicious, lots of choices, enjoyed our breakfast every day. Staff in the restaurant, breakfast time were very good, always smiling, helpful, specially Yogesh. All the staff are well trained.

Cons:

Disappointed that there is no welcome drink been offered when arrived, like other hotels do and also there was no Bon-voyage cake offered.

Stay was very comfortable, staff were very friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile.
Pros:

Breakfast choices were excellent, tasty food. Yogesh in the restaurant looked after us very well. Yogesh in the Hpuse Keeping was very good. In general all the staff are very friendly, always smiling, helpful. Well trained staff.
