great location ,very near subway. great hotel and clean and comfortable.
high rating hotel could have some reception staff who can speak english. But staff are friendly and willling to help using transalator via the phone.
It’s not those types of top new fancy hotel but old time style classic hotel with new renovation. All the details are very well managed. The supplies they put in the room were also very well thought. One example: the paper tissue they provide are 4 layers good quality ones! There you can see their focus on quality service from details. I loved the stay, very comfortable, and actually it’s already my second time back to KunMing staying there.
The value for money was great. And the staff very helpful. Special thanks to lady-assistant manager(we did not remember her name) that was of a great help to our small changes of our stay. And she was speaking good english which is not common in China. So big thank YOU!

The only reason for giving 9 as opposed to 10 is because there was a strong smell of smoking in the room on the first night. It became better after I kept the windows open the whole time.

Everything is perfecr! the location, the accomodation, staffs, host, services! the appartment is in the center of Lijiang accent town, very clean, everything is filled new. The 2 host are married and they are super sweet, friendly and helpful, you can ask them anything !
