Nous avons eu une expérience très décevante avant même notre arrivée à l’hôtel.
Le check-in est indiqué entre 17h30 et 20h30, et il est précisé sur Booking qu’il faut appeler l’établissement en cas d’arrivée en dehors de ces horaires.
Étant bloqués sur l’autoroute, nous avions une estimation d’arrivée vers 21h30, nous avons donc appelé comme demandé.
Au téléphone, la personne qui nous a répondu a été très désagréable, nous indiquant à plusieurs reprises que l’hôtel serait fermé et qu’il n’y avait “aucune solution”.
Malgré nos explications — notamment le fait que nous voyagions avec un bébé — la discussion a été stressante, avec un ton peu professionnel et une impression qu’on “jouait sur les nerfs”.
Le plus surprenant est qu’à notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu’il existait une borne d’arrivée autonome permettant de récupérer les clés facilement.
Cette solution aurait pu être expliquée simplement dès le premier appel, au lieu de nous laisser dans une situation anxiogène inutile.
Dommage, car le problème n’était pas l’horaire, mais clairement la qualité de l’accueil téléphonique et de la communication.

Cons:

The bottom of the desk is so low that your knees don't fit under. Difficult to use as a desk. (if I studies the pictures on Booking carefully I could have known). The staff told my that there will be new desks after the renovation next year.
The free wifi worked but was so slow that it was not usable for me. There was good and fast 5G though, so very limited impact for me.
No airconditioning but there was a fan in my room, and luckily the weather wasn't that warm.
