Завтрак минимальный, кофе нет. Номер конечно не новый, но спасибо, что поменяли с первоначального без окна, на номер с окном. Стульев нет. Это очень неудобно, негде посидеть.

Все не понравилось! НЕ ЕДЬТЕ В ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ НИ В КОЕМ-СЛУЧАЕ!

Cons:

УЖАСНОЕ МЕСТО!
1️⃣ Все в плачевном состоянии. Сломанная мебель, выдранные дверные ручки, неработающая электрика, протекающая сантехника — ничего не исправно, все разваливается на глазах!
2️⃣ Грязь повсюду. Постельное бельё серое от старости, пятна на стенах, липкий пол. Касаться чего-либо было противно — ощущение настоящего антисанитарного ада.
3️⃣ Неописуемая вонь. Смесь канализации, гнили и сигарет. После просьбы переселить — дали другую комнату, но там ещё хуже, дышать невозможно.
4️⃣ Звукоизоляции нет. Слышно каждое движение соседей, их ссоры, телевизор и запахи.
5️⃣ Финал. Мы сбежали раньше срока, спасаясь от этого кошмара. Деньги не вернули. Ощущение, что попали в грязный притон, а не гостиницу.

Pros:

Die Betten waren sauber und die Lage war sehr zentral und alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück war auch gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat einen Fahrstuhl der erst nach ca. 30 Treppen erreichbar ist und nicht auf alle Etagen fährt. Mit Kind und schwanger, Gepäck und Kinderwagen unmöglich. Personal hilft nicht. Das Deluxe Zimmer hatte Schimmel an den Wänden, kaputte Gardinenstange, Boden nicht gewischt.
