Pros:

The location is stunning. Even though the property seems new there are a few things that should be addressed. Showers are not working properly. We had no hot water at all and the ceiling shower head did not work at all.
Staff was very understanding yet a bit overwhelmed with the situation as they couldn’t really do much about it. It really needs some fixing.

Amazing view ...beautiful property...spick. n span...rooms very spacious and wonderful view from room... The Manager Mr Jay Kumar and staff is very helpful. Breakfast though limited was tasty... Running away from mad crowd is coming to this hotel...

Cons:

It didn't have Spa and some activity room for kids ...May be some garden space with swings n all...then kids will enjoyy...

Pros:

Simply beathtaking location. Our room was luxurious, modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. It had a large balcony overlooking the beauty of Kollukumalai, forests & tea plantations.
All of the staff were welcoming & incredibly attentive.
