Pros:

The small kitchenette is nice to have.

Cons:

Very strong odor of mens cologne. Dirty tub with used washrags and pubic hair in the tub.

Terrible hotel service and confirmation of refund authorized
Pros:

The assistance i received from the customer service rep from Booking.com. he took his time to look into the incident and offered me assistance.

Cons:

My wife arrived for a booked stay on May 12. The receptionist attempted to charge my account again for a previously paid for in advance room and would not search for an alternative. After speaking with a booking.com rep I was told the issue was on the hotel and that I would be issued a refund but have yet to receive any confirmation that the refund was or was going to be processed

Pros:

The lady that checked us in at around 10pm was super nice. Room was already nice and cool when we arrived, everything was clean and the little kitchenette was well organized and stocked with dishes, a dishwasher and large, dorm sized fridge with separate top freezer with ice cube trays. Room was quiet, except for our own toddler! 😊
