駅近であること。

Cons:

清潔感。使用していないところは清掃が行き届いていない印象。カラオケ機器やシャンデリアが埃をかぶっていた。水回りやガラステーブルに水が乾いたあとが残っていた。禁煙室のはずなのにソファーから煙草の臭いがした。エアコンをかけたら汗の臭いがした。おそらくカビだと思う。アレルギー体質なのでくしゃみと鼻水、咳が止まらなかった。以上のことがあったため、ケトルやアメニティ、浴室等も清潔なのか信用できなかった。寝るためだけの利用だとしても、健康に良くない。

部屋の設備が良かった。清潔であった。

部屋のキーがなく、フロントに言って、リモートで開錠してもらい、出かけるときは、フロントに言って、リモートで施錠してもらう必要があり、一般のホテルとは違い、戸惑った。
