Great friendly workers!
How close the hotel is to our kids town, and the restaurant at king Phillip is fantastic!
I wished the cleaning person came a little more often, out of 4 days we saw them once. But I also know the weather was terrible that week, so it might not have been their fault.
The woman that checked me into the motel (I had to go to the restaurant to check in) was wonderful!
The place was disgusting! I wrote a detailed Google review including many pictures to describe what a horrible place it was! I was going to just leave minutes after I walked into my dirty room (dirt, mold, etc.) but I was to tired and sleeping in my Jeep would have been tough. I will say here that I stripped my bed and used the sheets/pillow cases from the other bed to make one usable bed, didn’t step on the filthy stained carpet with my socks or bare feet and didn’t shower there because the bathroom floor and shower ceiling were moldy. I could go on and on but my Google review took care of that. I will just say that, being in the military for many years and loving camping since, I can sleep almost anywhere. NOT this place!!!! Plus I paid about $140 for this crap show! Stupid me!!!
Worker were great, so was the food & drinks at bar as well.
We were later arriving than expected., but the manager kindly called to check on us, and gave us helpful directions.
The restaurant served us even though we arrived late and the two woman waiting on us were very accommodating.
The location. Not much else around.
The room was small for the price.
Having the check-in close at eight meant a slight change to our plans.
One of our rooms was very comfortable. The other was dark and small.
The restaurant is the main draw, it has good reviews and a variety of options. The portions were huge, made 3 meals for me ( a big guy), could easily be 4 meals for a woman).
The motel wasn't as great. Bed was harder than I prefer, no wifi, but ok for 1 night and gone early the next morning.
We stayed one night at the King Phillip Motel and had a good night’s sleep in a clean, well-maintained room, with friendly staff—though we didn’t get to try the restaurant as we arrived near closing time.
Food was good at the restaurant. Bed was comfortable.
No amenities. Cable was out all night so no tv. That was the ONLY amenity and it didn’t even work. For 150.00 a night. No refund of any kind offered despite the tv not working. Room was “clean” but not very. Bugs in the bathroom. Torn stained box spring. For the price they need to do way better.
Friendly staff, clean rooms. We didn't eat while there but the food smelled delicious!!
Wish there had been a coffee maker in the room.
clean dry roof over our heads.
lack of housekeeping on the weekend. no coffee in room or anywhere else. bed was like sleeping on a board.
Location was close to where I needed to go the next day and the staff were super helpful and nice. I also liked that the room had wifi.
The motel was conveniently located near my destination, and the check-in process was smooth with helpful and friendly staff. However, the room had a strong smoke odor and felt muggy, which made my short stay uncomfortable. Aside from that, the room itself was fine.
The staff sat us for dinner and let me check into the room while we looked at the menu! Service was amazing and the food was great.
Affordable; staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
It felt like the motel had seen better days. The curtain rod in the bathroom window was bent; The vanity cabinet door had a piece of trim missing, needing repair; the rear window curtain had a hole in it that hadn’t been fixed. Overall it felt clean, just somewhat neglected. Didn’t know if there was guest WiFi… I wasn’t given a password.
