My day was extremely clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything brand smoothly and the sights were beautiful.
Pros:

The staff!! There was a gentleman at the front desk that helped me with everything. Very appreciative for his positive attitude.

Cons:

The spa level was a little hard to get too. The middle elevator took forever to open.

Cons:

We rented a Jr Suite to have two beds for my daughter and me. We were unable to use the sofa bed which was very cool in terms of design but unfortunately was dirty with a large clump of hair and bloodstains on the mattress. It was pretty disgusting. They offered to change rooms or do a detailed cleaning but we declined as it was inconvenient. We shared the king bed which was very comfortable.

They refunded me a $52 charge. I felt they owed me more. We probably won't return

The check in was insufferable they dragged me thru 4 hours of drama bc they were specifying booking amount and what was owed
They never offered any news about the restaurant being closed or most of facility
